We contacted Two22 Roofing along with 3 other companies for a roof replacement. The quote was very fair and included quality materials. The owners, Wendell and Rhonda, are a wonderful couple who are genuinely interested in their customers’ needs. Wendell did a thorough roof inspection - taking pictures of all problem areas he encountered. He used these as an aid in describing the issues at hand along with the measures they would take to correct them. Israel and the work crew were very friendly and professional and did a thorough job. They worked diligently to complete the job in two days including complete cleanup of the work site. Upon completion of the job, Wendell provided additional pictures reviewing corrections for all of the previously noted problem areas. We were so pleased with the job that we had Wendell back to install gutter guards. We highly recommend Two22 Roofing - and Wendell and Rhonda – to anyone who has any roofing needs.

While Wendell was working on a house across the street I noticed some shingle damage on my house from a recent wind storm. I asked if he could give me an estimate to repair the damage. He came over and gave me an estimate and did the work while he was there. Very prompt, very professional work, highly recommend.

Can’t say enough good things about the repairs performed to my Father in Law’s home, due to his attic was invaded by raccoons. Wendell was on the job, sealing, replacing and repairing the damage to the gables, soffit, gutter and shingles, in a quick timely manner. GREAT JOB GUYS! My husband made many calls to roofing and siding companies, but was failing to get help right away! Thank God for GOOGLE, that’s where he found “222 Roofing & Remodeling” It was very refreshing and rewarding to work with Wendell and Sal, also it was a pleasure working with a family owned company. 🚨 STOP! Before You Replace Your Roof… Make Sure It Can Breathe! 🚨 Most homeowners focus on shingles, but one of the biggest reasons roofs fail early is poor attic ventilation. If your soffit vents are blocked or your attic isn’t getting proper airflow, heat and moisture become trapped, which can shorten the life of your roof, increase energy bills, and even lead to mold, wood rot, and damaged insulation. At Two22 Roofing & Remodeling, we’ve been helping homeowners protect their investment for over 40 years. As a family-owned and operated roofing company, Wendell and Rhonda personally work with every customer from the first inspection to the final cleanup. No salespeople. No pressure. Just honest recommendations and quality workmanship you can trust. Whether you need a new roof, roof repair, roof inspection, skylight installation or repair, siding, gutters, attic ventilation, or storm damage inspection, we’re here to help. We proudly serve Macomb, Sterling Heights, Shelby Township, Clinton Township, Chesterfield, New Baltimore, Washington Township, Rochester, Troy, Warren, and surrounding Southeast Michigan communities. · FREE Roof Inspections · FREE Estimates · Licensed & Insured · Family Owned & Operated · Over 40 Years of Experience · Quality Materials & Professional Installation Don’t wait until small problems become expensive repairs.
