  Hi Mr. Gee, We’re very sorry for your inconvenience. You were actually dealing directly with the assigned Project Manager, since we choose to get them involved right from the start of each client relationship. In general, we’ve found that this early access to the person running the project creates better service and greater attention to your specific needs throughout the entire project than if we were to first send a salesperson or inspector. This was a rare and unfortunate case when his workload exceeded his ability to follow up on Tuesday. Every client’s trust is important to us, and we are disappointed this happened. We will use this experience as a training tool and as good reason to put further measures in place to prevent this in the future. Of course, we hope you reconsider. We also understand your complaint and appreciate the value of your time.

  Installed wrong drip edge, had to come out again and redo, roofed right over rotted wood had to make them tear off and redo, then charged me for extra wood. Now that is warm and had a chance to go up, no starter coarse of shingles, flapping in the wind on the edges. I guess if your not going to sit and watch them all day find someone else. No wonder why it was so easy to change out the drip edge the shingles aren't adhered and just lift up. How's this supposed to prevent ice from getting under them? A warranty is not used as an excuse for poor workmanship and a bad installation. 7 times back for new install "warranty" over 7 months. Had to finally file a licensing complaint to state and file a lawsuit. A year later not fixed. Damaged the roof further when came back for repairs. Shingles falling off, exposed nails and torn shingles everywhere, ridge vent shingles cracked, end of ridge vent not sealed exposing hole into house bats got in. "fixed" valleys and butted up to tight , adjoining shingles over new valley shingles. Flashing installed wrong. Lawsuit filed. !!!STAY AWAY!!! from this company

  Called to have a roof leak inspected and repaired. They charge you $100 to come out and that cost goes to the fix. The guy that came out basically spend 10 minutes telling me to go on the roof and find the leak and mark it so he can come and fix it. Isn’t he supposed to be the pro to find the leak? No attempt made. Waste of $100. Asked for a refund for wasting my time. Still haven’t heard back.

  Thank you for your review. We apologize that you are not satisfied with the findings of your inspection. Please contact our office and we’ll credit your $100 toward the cost of the repair. The $100 is an inspection fee. You did receive a thorough roof inspection and you did give your credit card to be swiped at the time of service. We are more than happy to repair the area of concern. During our certified installer’s inspection he did see an area that you repaired yourself and since there is not an active roof leak he advised you on how you can complete your do-it-yourself project. We apologize for the confusion as at the time of the appointment you didn’t voice any concern. Our installer has over 30 years experience this makes his inspection seem quick and easy but they are well worth the $100.   I climbed on to the roof to verify the correct items were to be installed and noticed the wrong underlayment and ice shield. I had ordered GAF Deck Armor underlayment and GAF Weather Watch Ice shield, these items were substituted with cheaper items GAF Tiger Paw and IKO ice shield. Tony said his supply rep says Deck Armor is not being produced until mid August and they were out of weather watch. Tony said this would not affect my warranty and suggested we could cancel the job. I informed him I would like the roof done with the materials in the contract and that other supply houses in the area had both in stock. Tony delivered the correct materials later that day. The independent subcontractor arrived on 7/31, they were supposed to be done in 2 days, but took 4 days to complete the roof. There was no inclement weather during this time. There was no protection to the house (see pics). Tony had his project manager come back out to correct a few things and go into attic to check on the bathroom fans venting properly a few days later. Of course the project manager will mention bath vents did not need to be vented to the roof and that venting through a soffit vent (an intake vent) is fine, he would have to do more work. After the Tony’s crew made the “corrections”, I noticed there were still multiple issues and such as debris in gutters including a tube of caulk!! And lifting shingles. Tony mentioned they were a little backed up and to give them a few weeks to come out and correct it. On 8/28, I hired a roof inspector to come look at the work and she was stunned at the workmanship, see pics. On 8/29 I filed a workmanship claim with GAF, the shingle manufacturer. On 9/14 Tony returned with the crew to have them make the corrections stated by GAF. When Tony pointed out some flashing that needed to be replaced and the bath vents to be installed, the project manager told Tony “they were not in his work order and he doesn’t give a f**k” in front of me and walked away.   They asked $100 just to take a look on 3 fallen pieces of shingles. I called someone else to do the whole job and check the whole roof for $100

The difference is that we inform our customers of that $100 inspection fee before we make the visit, so there are no surprises upon arrival.   Called about having my 3 year old roof repaired, from the first phone called they tried selling me a whole roof....after about 3 or 4 weeks of phone calls I finally got a hold of Tony, when I asked for an estimate to have the whole deck repaired where the wind damaged my roof his response was to take a picture so they could give me an estimate, when I asked if he could come out and look at it like the other roofing companies do he said that they are concentrating on the customers who need a whole roof done.....so basically if your not replacing your whole roof don't bother calling them. I had my roof replaced by them at my old home about 5 years ago, since they drove me here to write a review....they broke my landscaping lights and wouldn't cover the repair, had to argue with the owner about a $100 light after spending 15k on my roof. Guess I won't be calling them again.

  Lets be honest, nobody likes when the house needs a fix over a huge problem. However Tony and his team made fixing this situation quick, seamless, and without delay! I found out about Ridgecon through my parents, and I didnt even bother asking around prices, I knew they'd do a great job because I saw the work they've done on my parents roof. Tony explained the pricing , was very transparent about the work and any "what if" type situation that could arise. I felt confident in the quality of the product he was providing because how he descrived it... the full system is having all the correct materials working together to give the best results and warranties. Id highly recommend this team , the crew that came out were very polite, respectful, clean, and even did a great job cleaning up behind themselves. Not a pop can to be found! I appreciate a clean house and they really made my home "thier home" when it came to the work and clean up. Thanks again! I couldn't be happier!

  Excellent!! I had new gutters installed on my house. They came on time, had old gutters ripped out in ten minutes and new gutters installed within an hour. They cleaned up and you would never know they were here. The crew was friendly and professional. The product is high quality and looks great on my house. I highly recommend!!

  The Representative Sheldon was very knowledgeable and helpful. His quote was vey thorough and precise. He addressed everything on the quote. However being mindful that you never can expect was damages that lies underneath the shingles he addressed that too and fixed the problem with an additional pricing that did not break the bank. But I am pleased with the work performed and the pricing. I would recommend Sheldon and the company for future roof repair jobs.

  Tony was excellent, he was available and there for every step of the way. We just purchased a house in June, and the inspection noted needing a new roof. Tony walked the property, met me at my work so I didn't have to come down to the house, then made sure to fit us in right after we closed so we can get a new roof and have some peace of mind. The workers were excellent, professional, and efficient, they cleaned up after themselves and just did great work. Everything went very smoothly. Thanks Tony and team!

  Working with Roofing Above All was exceptional. The first contact with Tony was great. He was upfront and straightforward with the entire process. Everything was planed out like clockwork. The workers were very thorough. JC and Carlos introduced themselves before starting the work and were great to work with. They have a great crew. Elizabeth kicked off the process with a few phone calls and sent me an email with step by step instructions and the overall process. It was a great way to mange expectations.
