  This is a late review. I contracted this company to repair my roof as it was leaking water into the hood exhaust of the kitchen. A simple job. Unfortunately, It was never repaired correctly. I had to hire another company to do the repair and fix the problem. The upper staff was unresponsive, and did not guarantee their work. They are very aggressive, rude and unprofessional if they find out you are not "native." Now I am being told to delete my review as you can see below the response from the company. This is a clear sign of aggressiveness towards customers.They claimed that they repair the leak. They did not! My review is not misleading, it is factual.

  Hello Mr. Akabani, we respectfully request you to please remove this review as it is misleading. You had water coming in from multiple locations in which we stopped. Our upper staff is very responsive, and you were even given direct communication with the general manager and a company officer. We guarantee repair work for 1 year in which we did. This repair work was made in 2015. 9 years ago. We can also share several non-"native" customer experiences that went very well.

  Horror installation. The metal roof they installed Leaked within 3 years. They wouldn't fix it. I WOULD NOT recommend these people. A metal roof should NOT require once a year maintenance. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY. THEY HAVE BAD Customer Service and Bad installation. Google please stop removing negative reviews under their request. This company is lying to you and their customers. This company has been posted Fake Positive reviews left by their employees while having Honest reviews removed. This company does Bad work and doesn't honor warranty and hides behind small print. We are customers. YOU Came out AND LOOKED at your shotty work. Google can contact us and I will provide them a Receipt for your work! We even provided pictures in the past in another review. Which You had removed. We Even have emails from y'all. Since you love reporting reviews why haven't you reported all the Fake Positive reviews left by your employees? If google Removes my Real and honest review. I will abandon using google for reviews and will Not recommend them as a sourcer for honest reviews and will look to other more honest sources for real reviews. Google can Contact Me and I will send them a receipt, the emails, and pictures of the poor quality of work You did. I also have Not yet posted reviews about your business on other platforms but this will change. YOUR BAD business practices shouldn't be covered up by you paying to have the Truth and Honest reviews removed.

  Jason A, we have not worked for you and if you believe we have, what is your last name? Unfortunately, we have never done business with this person. We have already attempted to reach out to them across the many other reviews they left on other platforms. Additionally, we have reached out to any customer or even potential customer we have had with the name Jason or a last name starting with A. There is no such customer and we did not do this roof or work shown. We encourage all of our customers to fairly rate and review our work and their experience with us. It makes us better when we have objective assessments from our customers. Unfortunately, not all reviews are posted by customers. We believe our reputation is as important as our word and our commitment to excellence. As such we will continue to flag and report any fraudulent reviews.

  Most frustrating company I've ever dealt with! I could tell the first crew was doing a bad job and called and texted the company twice but nothing was done. Crew would show up when they wanted to, work a few hours and then quit. What I was told would be a 2 day job max turned out to take 5 days. And the last 2 days only one person showed up. I had my insurance company re-inspect it after Schulte approved it, and they said they had never seen a roof in such bad shape after just one month. Fortunately I had not paid for it yet and they did eventually come back out 7 months later and completely replace it again, blaming it on bad GAF shingles. GAF said their lab showed no problem with the shingles and blamed it on faulty installation. I think it was done correctly this time, but had I not had my insurance co. re-inspect it, Schulte was knowingly trying to sweep it under the rug assuming no one would ever know. Run, don't walk, away from this company!

  Hello Mrs. Harper, we are truly, very sorry for the first experience you had but we are glad to know that you feel that Steven did a great job taking care of you in the end. Needless to say the the men responsible for causing the problems initially are no longer with us and are working for one of our competitors now. Your shingles were damaged during the installation and we sent them to GAF to verify there was no other issue causing granular loss and it did take some time to resolve that matter. However, I hope you can appreciate that we did resolve the matter in the end and owned up to it rather than trying to debate it and run away. Though we are capable of making a mistake once in a while, we sincerely strive for perfection and we will never leave something that is not right or damaged.

  I wanted to like Schulte because they have a catchy radio jingle, but they're horrible. They're currently redoing the roofs to my apartment complex and on THREE separate occasions, their workers have left their food and trash all over the place, twice after having complained to the office who said they communicated with Schulte that it was happening. I don't know the quality of work they do, but I do know that their workers are slobs who leave food and trash all over the apartment complex. My dog has happened upon some of this food, and being that it was late at night, I wasn't able to see that she was grabbing food. One time, it was a chicken bone. Thankfully, I was able to pull it from her throat. On another occasion, she ate something and got sick.

  Johnny, we have not heard about any food or trash complaints from management on any of the many apartment jobs we are currently doing or have done in the past. We always have multiple dumpsters on site for construction debris and/or meal leftovers. Which apartment complex are you referring to and what building are you located in? Also, in most apartment complexes, dogs cannot roam freely, they must be on a leash. Did your dog get out accidentally or out of your sight temporarily which allowed him/her to ingest the food you are stating that caused the problems? If you can reply I may be able to help remedy this problem if indeed it is food left by our workers and not some other food or trash left discarded at random which is common in our society. We both agree that littering is not acceptable so keep a close eye on your dog as they tend to get into things they shouldn’t at times.

  What an amazing job. I have a decent-sized roof and they were completely done in two days in the dead of summer. They even painted all of the vents to match the roof! Kelly Kirkpatrick was my sales rep. He kept me informed every step of the way. He took care of all the insurance paperwork and it was seamless. I can’t say enough about the quality of work and the customer care that was provided. While Schulte may not be the cheapest in town, they are fair and the quality still exceeds the charge. I’m a firm believer in you get what you pay for and I couldn’t be more pleased. Thank you Kelly and thank you Schulte for a beautiful roof!

  Like so many in B/CS since back in early springs hail storm, we needed a new roof. We called maybe 4 or 5 local roofers (we believe in buying local) and Schulte are the only ones that returned our call quickly. And our experience from start to finish was exceptional. We had a minor problem with the cleanup afterword, but they took great care to solve the problem. KEVIN was our project manager and if you get to choose, ask for him.

  Recently replaced a Spanish tile roof with a new metal roof from Schulte. The roof is beautiful and the whole process - removing the old roof, a real chore, and installing the new roof, was excellent. The workers took great care of the landscaping, worked hard and were always polite and courteous. The site managers checked on progress often and made sure we were happy as the work went along. From the office staff, to their sales and service people, to their installers, Schulte is top class - would recommend them to anyone. And again, this roof is beautiful!

  My husband and I were extremely impressed with the job that Schulte Roofing did replacing our old roof. Jacob Pimentel (the manager) is unusually bright, articulate, polite, and forthright. His right-hand man, Xavier, struck us as conscientious and knowledgeable. Our house is old (1940's) and presented some unique problems with its roofline, but Jacob and Xavier came up with a perfect solution and we couldn't be happier with the way our new roof looks. The entire crew worked fast but carefully and effectively. Their clean-up was meticulous. I have yet to find a single piece of the old roof in the bushes surrounding our house! We highly recommend this company.

  Absolutely the best: From the first phone call to the last nail picked up from our yard, Schulte Roofing exceeded our expectations. As soon as we met Project Manager Jacob P. we knew we found the right company. Jacob was attentive, friendly, exceptionally knowledgeable, and always a phone call away. He helped us choose the perfect copper-colored metal roof manufactured by Texas company Sheffield Metals, and our roof is currently the envy of the neighborhood. The Schulte roofing crew is an amazing group of skilled artisans. Leon and his colleagues arrived early every day and gave our house their full attention from start to finish, including many Saturdays. These gentlemen specialize in Schulte's metal roof projects and ours truly turned out to be a work of art. We added a small roof addition that presented many angles, but Leon seamlessly made the roof look like part of the original house. In addition, Schulte has a carpenter, Lupe, who with his son, constructed the roof addition as well as cut two huge skylights into our living room ceiling. Lupe made those jobs look effortless - that right there deserves praise. The whole time Schulte crew were on our property, they were respectful, professional, punctual, and cleaned up the site daily. Schulte also sent separate field site leads to ensure the project rolled smoothly, and of course Jacob endeared himself to us with his humor and excellent attitude. It is also paramount to note the Schulte was transparent with the costs. We knew exactly what we were paying for and had no surprises. Additionally Schulte has an exceptional guarantee that provides a wonderful peace of mind for many years to come. To sum it up, the Five-Star rating captures Schulte Roofing and their business ethic and commitment to customers. In our opinion, Schulte is at the top of BCS roofing companies. We know we made the right choice.

  Adam at Schulte was are contact and took care of everything! Answered all my questions. Worked with me since I wanted to remove and reinstall my gutters. It was as headache free as a roof replacement can be! If you need some roof work done they are a good call to make!

  Last August, I was faced with the task of roofing a Sun Room with transparent barn panels. I quickly found the task to be beyond my carpentry capabilities. Due to previous good experience with Schulte, I called them. The Representative took special interest in this project and we quickly negotiated terms. I would be responsible for the materials and they would be responsible for the work. They wisely examined my materials and rightly rejected my roof ridge panels as inferior, non-standard, and ill-fitting. They agreed to bring their own more suitable roof ridge. I was found to be short a board, but they used that as an excuse for a lunch break as I fetched one. This was a turning point in my Sun Room Construction. I have since installed the transparent panels of two walls and a sliding door in the front. My Sun Room is now 90% enclosed and it now feels like I am doing Indoor Carpentry when I work. There has been much bad weather since and that the Roof has stood up to it. My suspicion is that if I announced that I was finished, the Crew Foreman would want to be on hand to see it.
