They have done an extremely horrible job on the roofs in my complex. Multiple roofs have leaks after spending tens of thousands of dollars. The workers did not do the job right at all. The employees working on the site were also extremely rude and disrespectful.

I had the concrete tiles on my roof lifted, cleaned and relaid after underlayment repairs were done. The company is licensed to remove and reinstall the existing solar panels. Any broken tiles were replaced. Old vents and flashings were replaced. Because the roof had different heights, valleys and dormers, it took two weeks to complete. The workers were efficient, considerate and cleaned up debris daily. I am very pleased with the finished job. My 29 year old roof looks brand new.

Schott Roofing was able to install the new roof lining while keeping the existing clay tiles, thus reducing the cost. I was also required by my insurance company to "fire harden" my eaves by enclosing them. They were able to design and …

Called multiple roofing companies this morning, Schott Roofing and Construction were very friendly and knowledgeable. Furthermore, they answered all my questions thoroughly and left me with a better understanding of drip edge/ gutter systems and how they work.

My wooden shingle roof project was a demanding and challenging project. Very steep and filled with design details that required exceptional skill. Jerry and the team at Schott exceeded my expectations every step of the way. Completing on-time and on-budget. Also their termite repair crew are professional craftsman and made difficult repairs look new again. Schott's attention to detail and great communication are refreshing in today's world. I highly recommend them!

Schott Roofing repaired my kitchen leak ahead of schedule & ahead of the rains. They worked well & quickly & cleaned up after themselves. I am happy to report that my kitchen was leak-free after the latest downpour. Thank you!

I reroofed my home about 8 years ago. Good pricing, quality and service. Install without any issues. A couple months ago I needed them to do a repair due to replacement of elec. panel. They were prompt and fixed the gap left in roof.

We did a kitchen and bathroom remodel with this company. The work was done well, the workers were very pleasant and helpful. We lived in the house during the remodel - wouldn’t recommend it but they made it as easy as possible. There were some hiccups and unanticipated problems (like a slab leak). Troy was most responsive when I called him with any issues, including coming out one night to replace a breaker that was arcing (even though they had not done work on that panel). The work they did looks great. Troy is very professional and very good at what he does. And he is willing to tackle just about any job
