  GREAT QUALITY WORK - EVERYTHING ELSE VERY POOR Starting with the positives, they do great work paying attention to detail. They replaced a lot of bad wood we had from dry rot and termite damage. Replaced a lot of broken tiles and ultimately giving us a good roof we feel confident it will last us 35 plus years. They also cleaned up all around the house each day before leaving with the exception of the very last day when their electrical guy was here finishing reconnecting our solar system. The problems that contributed only giving them two stars are multiple frustrating issues from the start to the end of the process getting our good quality roof. 1. Our house is a two story house with almost 1900 square feet. So the roof structure isn't that massive. Our salesperson Chris said at the start the project shouldn't take more than 1-1/2 weeks to finish with normally four guys each day assigned to projects this size. The project took 3 weeks and one day. The project would have taken even longer if my wife and I didn't start pressuring them after 2 weeks. 2. Most days the crew consisted of only two guys. There were only four or more guys on a total of four days during the whole project. Called the Operations Manager Armando during the project on many days that he only had two guys working and the answer was always the same, that guys called in sick and one guy was consistantly having car problems and not able to come to work. 3. The guys were supposed to start each day around 8am, but most days they didn't show up until 8:20am and get started around 8:30am. They all would take 1-1/2 hour lunches. Start cleaning up at 4:30pm and leave for the day at 5pm. Fridays they only worked half days and left at 12:30pm. This adds up to only 32 hour weeks. I called Ryan the General Manager/Owner expressing my above concerns. Ryan was appreciative of me sharing my concerns and stated that they aren't known to be the quickest roofing company but they are a high qualit

  Hayden was great to work with. Educated in the roofing business. Calm personality & tells it like it is. They did the original roof & he recognized some issues. They took care of it. If I could hire Hayden I would !

  I should’ve called Dils first; but they came to the rescue. I had another company install a very expensive skylight on a 40 year old flat roof. They used materials that apparently didn’t adhere well to the original roof. Fortunately, my homeowners association uses Dils to inspect this kind of work. Dils discovered the problematic installation and came out and reinstalled the skylight with the proper kind of sealing materials around it. Thanks to Dils I won’t have any leaks. Their service was great and I recommend them 100%.

  Dils replaced our flat roof with Duro-Last and did an excellent job tailoring it to the atypical design of our roof. Their team was also able to quickly add a copper design element toward the end of the project that made a big difference in the final visual. We really appreciated their attention to detail, their professionalism, and their dedication to keeping a clean working environment and respecting the integrity of other elements around the home. Definitely recommend!

  Ryan and his team were so pleasant, professional, responsive and helpful. We had complications determining if it was a roof or skylight and Ryan extremely thorough in diagnosing and effectively addressing the issue. Will definitely use them again if needed!

  I am a Property Manager for a community that has several buildings that have roofs being redone. It is done in stages and over a period of time. They have this process down to a science. Any issues that arise they handle with such care and genuine concern to make it right. Everyone that I have worked with from the owner to the director or to the project manager, they have all been super responsive (usually day of or within the hour), take every request seriously and timely, respond to emergencies quickly and support me in my role when I need things quickly to share with the Board. Hands down one of the best in the business in my opinion.

  I worked with Ryan to have a few structural roof support brackets installed for a pergola that I was roof mounting to. His crew showed up on time and they completed the job in one day. They cleaned up after themselves and left the job site like they were never there. Definitely recommend them for any roofing needs!
