Unfortunately this company doesn’t have a good system to evaluate/fix emergencies. If you have an y issue with your roof expect to have a delayed response or non. Also, read your warranty 100%.

Awful experience! There was an unsupervised non English speaking crew and they did over $10000 damage to my property! They left it trashed with nails that punctured 4 tires and put me weeks behind schedule. They were to “match paint on the fascia repairs and caused me to have to paint all the trim. They threw away my satellite dish, broke two fights a landscape wall and an outlet cover. They have refused to put in a claim with their liability insurance company & told me I had to pay the balance and sort it out with their insurance of they would file a lien. I picked this company because they claimed to be the top roofer in the region but I should have looked at their worst reviews instead of the best ones.

Kimberly, thank you for sharing your feedback. We’re truly sorry to hear that you feel disappointed and appreciate the opportunity to clarify. Your roofing project was completed in full and per contract. We conducted final walkthroughs and remained available throughout the project to address any concerns. We always encourage open communication so items can be handled promptly. During your project, there were multiple contractors working on site, including painters and other trades, and our crew worked only within the roofing scope. We take pride in maintaining a clean and safe job site and performed magnet sweeps and final checks as part of our standard process. We also issued a $1,000 goodwill credit for the satellite dish as a gesture of good faith, and we have provided our insurance information should you wish to submit a claim. We have requested documentation to review the additional items being alleged and remain open to doing so. Our goal has always been to resolve this professionally and fairly. We are proud of our team and the quality of our work, and we truly appreciate the opportunity to serve our community. If you would like to discuss this further, we welcome you to reach out directly to our office so we can review the matter together.

Do not use them. Their “project managers” are just salesmen and do not manage the project. The night before my project was supposed to start, they realized they hadn’t chosen the color shingles needed. The next day when the arrival window …

While we’re glad the work itself met your expectations, we’d really like the opportunity to review your concerns further and help bring closure to this. Our team has made several attempts to reach out but hasn’t been able to connect yet. If you’re open to it, we’d welcome the chance to speak with you directly and go over everything together.

I feel like I got conned. I'm sure they did a fine job (although I have no way of knowing), but they gave me an estimate and then went thousands of dollars over that even though I made it clear in a number of conversations I was on a budget …

My experience with Roof Masters began on March 29th when they installed a skylight for me. Unfortunately, what followed was a cascade of issues that left me deeply dissatisfied with their service. The day after installation, rainfall revealed a significant problem: the skylight leaked. I promptly reached out to Roof Masters to request an inspection, which, after repeated follow-up calls, they eventually arranged. It took two days of persistent efforts on my part to obtain an update on the status of the inspection. Upon examination, it was discovered that the installers had failed to properly seal the skylight, resulting in the leak. Remedying their oversight required an additional two hours of labor to apply caulking and mastic. To compound matters, a Roof Masters employee onsite exhibited a lack of professionalism by blaring loud music, causing discomfort to both tenants and workers in the property. The repercussions of this flawed installation were extensive. I was forced to incur an additional $850 in expenses to repair the damage inflicted on the drywall and insulation, necessitating the installation of new materials and a complete repainting. Despite assurances from Roof Masters, including promises of reimbursement for the damages caused by their negligence, the resolution has been frustratingly elusive. Follow-up calls to the Operations Manager yielded little progress, with promised deadlines passing without any meaningful updates. Furthermore, when I sought clarification on their warranty, I was met with an unnecessary hurdle: access to warranty information was contingent upon signing a document labeled as "Final." At this juncture, I am left questioning Roof Masters' commitment to rectifying their mistakes and providing satisfactory customer service. The lack of accountability, coupled with communication failures, has left me profoundly disappointed in their professionalism and integrity. While I remain hopeful for a resolution, based on my experience

Waited 3 weeks for a roof inspection/estimate for both a leak and solar panel installation. Got a call on scheduled inspection day that they would need to reschedule due to rain. Understandable except they were not pushing all appointments …

Hi Gabe, Our apologies for the negative experience. We always aim to deliver a great experience, and we are gutted when we don’t meet expectations. When we get heavy storms, ALL our jobs get rescheduled for safety reasons. Being up on a roof during heavy rain can be very dangerous, even life threatening. If it wasn’t for the rain today, our inspector would have been there at your appointment at the designated time. Sorry if you didn’t get the opportunity to really experience our whole customer service process. We did try to contact you to reschedule you for a sooner appointment, but you refused. Sorry it didn’t work out with our company. We do wish you all the best with your roofing project. Respectfully, Adolfo “Rudy” Verdugo, Owner The Roof Masters

I requested an inspection for preventative maintenance and to get suggestions on any repairs I should make, but the roof doesn't have any leaks. The company representative who came to look at my roof said I needed a new roof altogether without specifics. $20k is the price tag for that. I tend to shop with two to three contractors for all my work. Another contractor said my roof looks to be in good condition and should have a life for several years from now. I will not hire a company with a representative that will attempt to take advantage of customers for lack of roofing knowledge. They had pretty good customer service over the phone at my first contact, and scheduling was easy, but that is all.

Your employees are who represent your company. I was told several times that I would receive a gift card because their workers destroyed my Aloe Vera plants. I was told it was mailed out twice which I didn’t receive, then I was told that Rigo the project manager would bring it by and never heard anything after that. I left several messages and I’ve also spoken with Karinna on several occasions. Again, the face of your company are the people that you employ. Your WORD IS YOUR BOND, and that should mean something. Overall, my roof looks great. The workers did a great job on the roof. I’m not sure why they had to cut wood out from the peak of the middle of the house but maybe it was for ventilation. I didn’t notice it until the project was done and if I was to call them to ask, I would never get a response so I didn’t call, but if there’s a leak I will call them back if it ever rains. No one is going to respect your property the way you would and it’s unfortunate that I lost several aloe vera plants due to them not caring. Something I take great pride in. I know in their contract it states that they are not responsible to look for landscaping, but when it’s done intentionally that’s when it’s a problem. I spoke to the project manager Rigo O. to expressed my concern. I also stated to him that I wanted all leftover material because it was not stated in the contract for them to take it. He stated to me that he will contact the workers and get back in touch with me. I sent him pics of what was damaged with my flowers and I never got a response. I also spoke to the ladies in the office to tell them my concern, and they stated to me that they would get in touch with him, but he never called me back. The fact that they took my concerns, so lightly is what bothers me the most. I covered my plants for for protection, but not for them to deliberately throw debris on top of it. They had a dumpster in front of my house no more than 8 feet from where they destroy my plants. Pai
