  I will be the first to give them an honest rating. They were fine and got the work done. I went with them because they were the lowest bid and you kind of get what you pay for. —I signed a contract that said 50% due at signing and 50% due at final completion of the work. Well that is not how it worked out. Sam stopped out when the entire roof was stripped but needed to have the new shingles nailed on. He said he needed payment then and pushed me into paying, not a comfortable situation. —They were sloppy with completing the work. They had 0 respect for my neighbors yard. They laid on my neighbors lawn during their lunch break and left tools/supplies all over my neighbors lawn as well. They moved my recycling bin and never put it back. —Lastly said they would be done by 2 and didn’t wrap up until 4. Sam told me 2 when he pushed for early payment.
