  Watch out for the SB Pro fake coupon, for $1,000 off. Because the coupon does not have specific information on it, say if you’re getting a full roof replacement of a asphalt shingle, they come back with the claim that oh, that’s only for a metal roof,. That’s one of the lies they told me.So then if you’re getting a metal roof because the ad is not specific they can say “oh, no, we don’t honor that coupon because it’s only for an asphalt roof”. They couldn’t come up with enough lies about why they wouldn’t honor the coupon. They claimed that Google put the coupon on the Internet by mistake. What was on my roof had zero to do with their coupon. And they used that as an excuse to lie more. Their fake coupon is 100% illegal.. They have two website homepages & one has the coupon the other doesn’t.

  My roof has still been leaking now for 5 months after they replaced the roof! I have called Many times and been pushed aside as i have already paid. About to get attorneys involved and the city. Now the wood of the infrastructure is rotted, making it a waaaay bigger deal than it was 5 months ago when they “fixed” it. Unacceptable. Save yourself the headache.

  Please go somewhere else if you want a quality roofer. I hired them to fix a small leak in my 5 year old roof. The repair was done extremely poorly and rushed. It was not what was originally agreed upon. They left ripped shingles lifted up from the roof and attempted to tar them down unsuccessfully instead of replacing them. It looks terrible and did not fix the leak. I called and requested someone to come back and fix it. After several weeks of poor communication and no resolution in sight I requested to cancel my contract. They did after telling my they were too short staffed to do my repair. This all went on for six weeks and I am left with a roof that is STILL LEAKING and having to pay someone twice as much money to fix it and the additional damage this company caused. Terrible experience.

  Our entire development had their roofs replaced last month and many used SB roofing. We are still gathering roofing nails that have been left throughout our property. Some of us have had nails in our tires which SB Pro roofing refuse to take responsibility for, and one roof is already leaking. They do not have their own dumpster so they rent them and park them in front of our fire hydrants until they are needed which is a safety violation. Months later, folks are still waiting for their Wind Mitigation reports. Stay away!

  They do not clean up after themselves I gotten nails in shoes and numerous nails in tires Im usually laid back not to make arguments My car tires I fixed myself but the last straw was my Brand new Harley tire and was told that it's nothing they can do because time limits like nails disappear

We always perform multiple clean-ups and magnet sweeps after every job, but on the rare occasion that something is missed, we take it very seriously. Had you brought this to our attention I assure you we would sent a team out to do another sweep.   I had to put one star to write a review ! But it would be negative 10!!!!This company really set us back months on our move. Long story short we had a roof put on in August and while that was happening we got a pretty big rains storm, which led to leaking(pouring) in our house in 3 different rooms . From them not be being prepared and tarping our roof correctly . We had significant water damage the contractors came in took photos and brought buckets in and used our towels to half dry it up but the damage was already done. That was a Friday we didn’t receive or get a call back till Monday as they were requesting payment. Apparently the owner John had no idea and he did send a mold and water restoration company over to dry us out and said they would fix any of there damages to the house . It took two days to dry out . We as homeowners and soon to be selling wanted to make sure it was done right and safely so we tried to protect ourselves and had third party company come out and do an estimate which came out to 12 thousand dollars in damages between the three rooms. The owner John said he would fix it with his contractor Mike and replace the lost items which he did cover $1,275 for a lost mattress and microwave. John than told us we signed a contract that dismisses any fault to household damages but that he would again fix what was damaged in his terms . It took months to have them come by and we reluctantly gave them half of the payment for the roof because we know that they outsource contractors to do the roof, and even though they neglectfully did not Tarp the house correctly we wanted to show that we had the $12,000 the roof cost so we gave them $6000 and said we would give them the other half when all the damages were Fixed. After both hurricanes, mike SB contractor finally came over and did a walk thru going in to detail what was going to be fixed and painted and put back to how it was before the water damage. We felt ok with it and agreed to pay the other half

  Had Boswell do my old roof which had no leaks despite its age and the details of the completed job did not make them selves known until the first leak. Dimensional shingles not correctly staggered. Then after the second leak I went to his house and asked him to come look and make an advisement. That was last fall and the clown never showed after taking down my address and description of problem. ( overlap incorrectness). So now I have my third leak and after being overcharged by a third rate arrogant hack I need to find a real roofer who understands what a shingle is what it does and most importantly how to put it down. Lots more to the saga but this is the most distressing part. If you want a proper talking parasite to hack out a lousy job for you then shon is your go to guy. Better business bureau next

  I can’t say enough good things about SB Pro Roofing! The entire team has been absolutely awesome from start to finish. I received multiple bids for my roof replacement, and SB Pro Roofing came in with the best price while still providing excellent quality and service. The hard workers in this Florida heat, Michael, Jason, Samantha, and Bill were all wonderful to work with and communicated with me throughout the entire process. They went above and beyond to find room in their schedule and were able to get my brand-new roof installed quickly. Everyone was professional, responsive, supportive, and genuinely cared about making sure the job was done right. The roof looks great, the work was excellent, and the entire experience was smooth and stress-free. It’s refreshing to work with a company that combines great pricing, excellent workmanship, and outstanding customer service. Highly recommend SB Pro Roofing! Five stars all the way! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

  John and his crew did a fantastic job! His company came recommended by a friend, and they did not disappoint. Pricing was better than our other quote, started and finished in 2 days, all along sending pics of progress and any issues they found once removing old roof. I would highly recommend them, great job guys!

  The whole team at SB Pro Roofing were great to work with, from setting up the project to doing the necessary permitting and the actual roof replacement. Throughout the process they were very communicative and provided regular updates on weather delays, next steps and the status of the work. The construction crew were very professional and made sure to clean up the perimeter around the house after completing the work.
