  Showed up 90 minutes late, then complained I didn't tell him the roof was new. This from a "professional" with "years of experience" who literally asked me NO questions from my text request. Just scheduled me. Gaslighting isn't very professional IMHO. Wouldn't even come inside to look at the problem, nor climb on the roof because he was "tired" and "the roof is under warranty anyway". Okay fella. Where I come from "professional" has a different definition. My ADD thanks you for making me wait all afternoon. Take care.

  After Hurricane Milton, we along with everyone else in our industry are running hard to help as many people as we can. Our representative text you stating he was going to be later than originally anticipated and gave you an estimated time of arrival between 5:15-5:30pm. YOU responded to his text stating you were working from home and that you APPRECIATED him letting you know. He arrived at 5:30pm. While you may have a different opinion on us not getting on your roof, we believe recommending that you contact the company who recently replaced the roof on your home is the best first step and the ethical way for us to handle this scenario. Since the roof is newer, there is a good chance that this would be under warranty and if we got on your roof, this could void that warranty for you. I reached out to you twice on the day you left your review in an attempt to explain this after your encounter with a member of our team who explained this in person. I also had additional information that I believe would have been helpful to you in resolving the problem. Unfortunately, while you didn’t mind taking the time to write a review, you admittedly had no interest in actually discussing this situation. We have an amazing team who puts forth a tremendous amount of effort to give our customers a great experience with their roofing needs. We are grateful for our customers’ business and continually receive gracious feedback from them along with receiving 90% of our new work through referrals from our past customers. We will continue to strive to give our new customers the exceptional service that formers customers have told us that we deliver.

  We paid $2075.52 to Professional Roof Technology for the roof repair service. We had a lot of heavy rain and storms after the roof repair. Piles of gravel washed off to the gutter and the top of the porch screen. We clean our roof every year. Before the roof repair, we had never had a gravel issue on our roof. My wife had to go to the roof to clean the gravel and the gutter. The gutter was slightly damaged because of the weight of the gravel. I texted Professional Roof Technology, explaining the issue, and requested someone from the company come to my house, check to see what the issue might be, and explain it to me. Tom O’Grady called me 3 minutes before my scheduled work meeting. During those three minutes, he told me he could not send someone out because the gravel was my years of accumulated issue, not his. He would have to charge me for sending someone over. After my work meeting, when I became more available, I texted his company and left a voicemail on their company phone. They ignored my texts and voicemails and never returned my phone calls. This was only 28 days after the roof repair, and we were supposed to have a one-year warranty.

  Based on your complaint, you do not seem to have any issues with the roof repair, only the gutter which was not in the area where we worked. While we are quite certain that a relatively small roof repair which was over ten feet away from the closest gutter on your home had no bearing to any issues with your gutter, we are happy to discuss this with you further. After our conversation on Monday, we had no voicemails from you, nor did we have any texts from you. I personally reached out to you yesterday leaving you a voicemail and sending you a text asking when a good time would be to speak. At this point, we have not received a response. We have always been and will remain committed to being responsive and helping our customers with their roofing needs. We look forward to hearing from you to further discuss this matter.

  Had a great experience with Forrest and his crew when they replaced my roof! One stop shop for adding the much needed hurricane clips when they replaced my roof. Workers were respectful and kind and did a great job.

  PRT was recommended to me and I could not be happier with the results. Forrest gave me the different quotes and explained all of them thoroughly. He even helped to decide on upgrades by providing pros and cons to everything I never felt that he was pushy. Forrest is extremely responsive and came by a few times during the job. His crew is extremely hardworking and diligent with clean up. Forrest always told me what to expect and he was spot on. I would totally recommend PRT to anyone. My new black metal roof is “sexy”.
