  I contracted with Pitch Roofing of Seminole, Fl. to reroof my house mainly due to a ponding issue. My main concern was to eliminate the ponding issue and the salesperson stated this would be taken care of by installing an engineered tapered insulated board which I paid extra for. I also asked salesperson if Pitch had their own permanent installers and he said they did. Upon the installation which was done on weekend of July25th the ponding area that was to be repaired was still ponding and the roofers could not speak English. I spoke to the salesperson at length, and he stated he would communicate with office and visit me at property in a few days and I never heard from him again. The roof failed inspection, and they came back out and applied an elastomer which made the ponding even worse and more extensive. The owner finally came out along with elastomer rep and a few others. I applied water on roof to show them and all they could state was there a 20 year warranty on elastomer and this 48 hour rule which unfortunately is allowed. I requested 20 year warranty paperwork from owner and elastomer rep and have never received. I had several issues with Pitch and it is extensive but will summarize. One of the reps in the office could not tell me if the installers were permanent Pitch employees or subs, this was important to me and I went with what the salesperson told me about the installers but I never got firm confirmation that the installers were not subs. Poor communication between me office and salesperson, I had to call several times to see status of roof. Pitch never has provided any 20 year warranty on this elastomer. This job took two months to complete. Pitch left material behind and never picked up. I had their material in front of house for over two months, picture attached. Pitch did not remove all old roofing material on roof as was stated in contract to remove and dispose. Pitch stated that removing the old material would take off the wood but that was n

  We take all feedback seriously. Although we do not have a record of any customer with the name you are using for this review, we have identified your project based on the images you provided, and we are disappointed to read this account, which differs significantly from our records. The fundamental challenge with your roof was its structural framing, which contained inherent sags and dips. The only way to eliminate all ponding would have been a complete structural reframing, a project which would have cost you well over $30,000. Understanding that this was a significant investment, we presented a more cost-effective solution designed to achieve positive drainage and, most importantly, a watertight roof guaranteed not to leak. The solution we had engineered for your roof was fully permitted and passed inspection by the City of St. Petersburg. The inspection confirmed that the water test dissipated well within the required 48-hour period (3-4 hours from our tests), proving the roof drains properly. When you expressed continued concern about the remaining ponding,a visual issue stemming from the existing structure, not a functional one, we went far beyond our contractual obligations to provide you with peace of mind: We applied a 25 mil fleece back butyl tape to all seams and a high-grade super silicone coating then broadcasted granules over the roof area at no cost to you. We arranged for a representative from the coating manufacturer, APOC, and a representative from QXO to be on site with our owner to personally review the installation. As a result, APOC provided a complimentary 20-year warranty on the coating directly to you. We are sorry to hear you claim you never received this warranty paperwork, as our records indicate it was processed. We would be happy to assist you in obtaining a duplicate copy from the manufacturer. We also note that you filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau.   Horrible communications, job not finished as promised, failed permit inspection, took much longer than promised. Job still not completed as promised with in timeline. Very disappointing experience with this company.

  They will wow you at the sales and quoting stage of the relationship. Once they have you on contract they will continue that through and up to the install day. We had a flat roof recoated as well as new shingle roof installed. We also contracted them to do our soffits and facia. During install they did not have a company representative on site at the start of either portion. Two different crews. Most if not all labor was outsourced to third parties who could not answer a question. Caitlyn in the office was incredibly unprofessional through out the process. They did not cover our pool during the process and we continue to find metal shavings nails etc in and around the pool. I have called numerous times to get info on the close out of the permit with the city and it goes unanswered I just called again today and it looks like Caitlyn is gone as I am dealing with someone new and hopefully she finally does what the others, including my salesman Owen and the owner Ron, can’t seem to do which is call back their clients. I rate them a 0 star and caution you to not be swindled by the very good cust service at the sales portion because as they start install and after will leave you very unsatisfied.

  Horrible customer service! I called for a roof inspection, but was told they cannot do it because they are a small company and there are other people in need. If my not mistaken, a lot us were impacted by the hurricane. My bathroom and living room ceiling is leaked and damaged, but to them this isnt big enough bc they are a “small company”. The customer service rep directed me to call my insurance company…. Its sad how this company shows “military”, yet refused to look at my roof and I am a veteran.

  The work was done quickly and professionally. The roof looks amazing. They also completed a project to reduce the heat transfer of my lanai aluminum roof. The price was reasonable and the salesperson, Kevin, extremely responsive and helpful.

  I did extensive research on pricing; quality of materials within a comparable scope of work. I contacted and directly communicated with at least five other roofing companies for the replacement of my residential roof and PITCH had the best price; highest quality materials and best warranty when compared with all the other competitors within a comparable scope of work.   I've had three roofs done in my lifetime. This one was the nicest of the three. No issues at all. The county inspector was impressed with the work. They put down tarps around the house and over the pool. Left my yard cleaner than it was when they arrived. Highly recommend.

  PITCH Roofing did an amazingly great job of replacing my old roof. In the initial phase they discussed options and presented material samples, and once I made a decision they organized and scheduled the tasks needed to complete this complex project. Painters were brought in to paint the high places (a cupola and tall chimney) needing coverage prior to the installation of a new roof. Next a solar team removed the existing solar panels. The roofing team then removed the old roof and installed a beautiful and sturdy 24-gauge Galvalume standing seam metal roof, along with a solar-powered attic fan. Finally, the solar panels were reinstalled and reactivated. The final product is an exceptional combination of high-quality materials and workmanship at a very competitive price. I'm so very happy with the work that PITCH Roofing has done!

  We recently had our roof installed by PITCH Roofing and the entire experience was outstanding from start to finish.   Pitch replaced two roofs for me on my rental properties. I found them to have the best price for the best product. There was no pressure to upgrade materials and they even suggested me some cost saving tips. I dealt with Caitlin through the process and she was amazing.
