  Contracted work was not completed. Sawyers Roofing was contracted to replace roof, repair front porch roof damage by replacing facia boards and soffit wood rot, wrap facia with aluminum and install new gutters for entire home in June 2023. After roof was replaced and he was paid for roof cost, Logan backed out of replacing gutters stating he lost his gutter guy. Sawyers Roofing left front porch repair incomplete and this is already causing roof issue. Damaged porch roof plywood was replaced, but nailed into rotten facia board that they were contracted to replace, but did not. Roof plywood is already warping. Photos show this issue with warped boards and buckled shingles within the first month. We asked Logan to at least replace facia board on front porch and install drop edge to stop this new damage from moisture getting to plywood decking. He refused, stating facia is not part of roof, yet his company was contracted to repair front porch facia and replace any rotten wood. He also has not provided us with a paid receipt for the cash roof payment of $10k, nor paperwork on his company's warranty, not that a contract or supposed warranty has any value with this company!

  I tried to use this business but twice I was told they would be out to do a roof repair and didn't show up. Not even courteous enough to call and let me know they weren't going to show up I will never call Logan again!

  Logan met with me to replace my roof and was very professional. His estimate came in lower than the other companies that gave estimates. He kept me informed of the progress and when the job was finished everything was picked up and nothing left behind. Well pleased with Logan and his crew. Highly recommend them!!

  On December 16 2025, Sawyers Roofing reroofed our house. Logan was a pleasure to work with. He kept me informed through all the preparation to completion. His quoted price was very competitive and even cheaper than estimates I already had received. They were on time and did professional work. Replaced damaged sheathing from a chimney leak and re-flashed the chimney correctly this time. And it doesn't leak. Installed continuous ridge vent where we previously had none. So good communication, excellent competitive pricing, professional results and excellent cleanup. All work completed as promised. I feel I truly got my money's worth. What more can you ask for? I can whole heartedly recommend Sawyers Roofing.

  Logan made getting gutters the easiest and quickest process ever. Installation was super fast despite of them having to work around bad weather. The installers also did an amazing job. Very knowledgeable and experienced. Highly recommend.

  Logan and his team made my first experience getting a roof great. I had 3 companies give quotes and Logan's was by far the best. 1 day and all was complete. The guys did a wonderful job cleaning up. They had to move somethings on my porches and placed everything back. The porches and driveway were cleaner than before they came.

  Logan and his group are top notch! I would highly recommend to anyone that is in need of a roof. I had 5 bids and Logan was the best offer and really provided top notch work. 1 day turnaround you can’t beat!

  I can’t say enough good things about Logan and his crew. The crew that worked here cleaned up here amazingly well. I would recommend his any day and the warranty is excellent.

  Logan and his crew did a great job for me. One day for most of the work using a large crew. He gave me the best price of the four contractors I had asked to quote and offers the GAF 25/50 year Golden Pledge warranty. My yard was cleaner after his crew left than it was when he started. I am very pleased with the results and have no reservation recommending his service.
