We had an urgent issue when water started coming into our home through an exterior wall near the chimney, and Sawtooth Customs showed up immediately. From the start, Josh and his team were incredibly honest and transparent. They even let us know we had the option to pursue the previous roofer under Idaho law that would have saved us thousands. That level of integrity is rare! We ultimately chose to move forward with Josh and Sawtooth Customs, and it was absolutely the right decision. Not only did they fix the original issue, but they uncovered additional problems that could have turned into serious damage down the road and took care of everything without charging us extra. It’s hard to find contractors you can fully trust, but this team operates with true character and professionalism. You can tell they genuinely care about doing things the right way and taking care of their customers. If you’re in the Treasure Valley and need quality work done by people you can trust, Sawtooth Customs is the team to call.

These guys are the real deal. It’s not often contractors live up to their word completely. The job was done just as I had imagined it, they did what they said they were going to do. If you’re looking at getting your roof done or re-done, don’t hesitate to call them up. I appreciate that they aren’t pushy, have reasonable quotes, and are friendly. Definitely would recommend.

5 Stars - Highly Recommend! We recently had Sawtooth Customs replace our roof and couldn't be happier with the results. From start to finish, they were professional, efficient, and did exceptional work. The crew showed up on time, worked hard throughout the project, and left our property spotless when they finished. The quality of their craftsmanship is top-notch, and the pricing was fair and transparent with no surprises. Communication was great too - they kept us informed every step of the way. If you need roofing work done, don't hesitate to call Sawtooth Customs. We'd hire them again in a heartbeat!

Another complete roof replacement finished in Greenleaf, Idaho! After removing the existing roofing, the roof decking needed to be completely replaced. Our crew removed the old decking and resheathed the entire roof with new OSB, creating a solid foundation for the new roofing system. We then installed new underlayment, architectural asphalt shingles, and a dedicated low-slope roofing system on the flatter section of the roof. This project was much more than installing new shingles—it involved rebuilding the roof system correctly from the framing up. Sawtooth Roofing & Construction provides professional roof replacements, roof repairs, and roof inspections throughout Greenleaf, Caldwell, Nampa, and surrounding Treasure Valley communities.
