  This roofer is used by Toll Brothers. Beware of both businesses. Once the 1 year warranty is up, they wash their hands. KB roofing has poor workmanship and when called to fix their mistakes, they never follow up. We recently had a rainstorm that created a leak due to a faulty roof vent and the flashing wasn’t sealed properly. When I called to get someone out to fix it, I was promised Josh would call back to schedule something . It’s Friday and no returned call. Now closed for the weekend. One year warranty is up. I guess poor workmanship doesn’t matter to them.

  Called and left a message at 4:30pm they close at 5pm never got a call back the next day. Called the office and they had no idea or didn’t even bother to listen to the voice message on the phone. Said they would send Josh out to look at my roof and he never called! I moved on and found someone else! Horrible service!

  Made it up to the roof on our new home and started counting exposed nails. Stopped counting at 150. Ridiculous.

  Two call to the business (Don) and they never showed up to see what needed replacement. I guess they don't need the work? I just need the roof repaired/replaced from a reputable company.

  Contacted this company since they put the roof on our home before we bought it. The roof is 4 years old and has multiple leaks. They told my husband that it only had a 1 year labor warranty and set up a time to come look at it. They did not show up at the scheduled time and did not return our call about the missed appointment. Very disappointed in this company.

  Called to ask for them to come and inspect a leak we have developed in our medical clinic. The man who answered the phone said that they would be calling me the next morning to make an appointment time to stop in, get a look at the issue …

  Extremely professional and the best quality work I’ve seen. Tanner and Justin and the whole crew exceeded expectations. Full large roof in 1.5 days with extreme attention to detail and job site cleanup.

  Tanner at KD Roofing coordinated a roof replacement on my home. He provided the bid, managed the project and crews, and handled the permit process with the town. KD Roofing was recommended by an excellent trusted contractor I’ve used in the past for some large projects in my home, including a 20x30 shop on the property, roofed by KD as well. The price was the most competitive amongst other’s bids to boot. The results were terrific! Straight lines everywhere, new attic and plumbing vents and painted furnace vents, etc. It truly looks like the work of an experienced crew. A 62 square roof with the hips, valleys, and crickets was completed in 2 days, on schedule and on budget. I waited to post this review for a couple of months in case of any issues, but several rain storms later, we are as good as gold. The crew was very friendly and respectful, and quite possibly the hardest working people I have ever witnessed. I highly recommend KD Roofing to anyone needing roofing service. Tanner is a great guy and very easy to work with.

  Had an inspection on my roof. Original owner of the house that they roofed new 8 years ago. The concern was some neighbors had defective shingles so i requested an inspection. The shingles on our house were all good, however, he did not like how some of the flashing were installed and wearing. He replaced them without question at no charge! Now that's a reliable contractor!!!
