Dillion came to my door asking if they could do a roof inspection on my house after a recent wind storm. I told him to have at it. He sent someone up onto my roof and this is where the friendship started. He let me know what he found, showed me some pictures. We contacted my insurance provider right there on the spot and started the claim process. My provider sent out an estimator. Dillion met with the estimator and kept me better informed than my adjuster did. I definitely appreciated that. My provider came up with a ridiculous estimate, they only wanted to do the front side of the roof. Dillion explained to them that they didn't have accessibility to the shingles that they were recommending. A little bit of back and forth with my provider and they finally relented to buying my entire roof. Being that my wife was going to have surgery, we wanted to get the roof done before her date. Dillion was able to manage a date, the day before her surgery, to get our roof done. The crew came in at 7am and completed the new roof that day. They were thoughtful of our needs and I would definitely refer Nxt Lvl to anyone that needs a roof or has to deal with their insurance provider. Again, thank you Nxt Lvl Roofing & Exteriors for managing my roof replacement. You are greatly appreciated! Ron M. Caldwell, ID

NXT LVL Roofing and Exteriors did a great job on my roof replacement! They brought out a large and skilled crew and were able to get my 6000+ foot roof done in one day, which surprised me. It looks fabulous and the cleanup was great, very detailed. They also cleaned out my gutters, and did it all for a reasonable price. I am so glad we went with them.

NXT LVL Roofing & Exteriors is definitely a 5 star and beyond company. We weren't aware of the extent of damage that our roof had after a hailstorm, and we are very thankful that we met Mckay from NXT LVL. He was very thorough, honest, and had exceptional communication with us from the start to end of the project. He was very informative as far as the process with insurance and helped us throughout the way. All of our questions were answered at all times. Eddie and his crew were on time every day and worked early morning and into the early evening to get the project completed. Eddie's team was amazing! They worked so very hard and were very professional. The clean up afterwards was like they weren't even here. This company and their team are few and far between. NXT LVL Roofing & Exteriors is a company that is diligently professional, high-quality service, and exceptional in every aspect of our experience with the whole team!! We highly recommend this company and their team for any roof repair/replacement. Thank you, NXT LVL, for everything!!!

I've had an incredible experience working with Ricky and his team for my roof and awning replacement! They helped work with my insurance, and did an incredible job from start to finish - they even left the place cleaner than it was before they started! Seriously the best in the Treasure Valley!

Due to a severe hailstorm, my 50 year shingles we’re damaged. My roof was only four years old. Ricky And Sterling handled the insurance procedures and had my roof completed with the removal and install of the same 50 year architectural shingles. The quality of replacement was very professional and fast. Ricky was really great to work with. He even came back and checked the entire perimeter of our cabin for nails. Would definitely recommend them if you’re interested in having a roof installed.

NXT LVL showed up on time and completed the work extremely fast. They went down to the plywood roof and hauled all the trash away and then put the new roof on. Everyone was extremely friendly and professional. They cleaned up all the trash and went over the whole yard with magnets to ensure there was no nails left behind. They even worked with my insurance company to ensure that the insurance covered it.overall, it was a pleasant experience, and I would highly recommend them again.

A new roof is a major investment, so choosing the right material deserves careful thought—especially in Idaho's unpredictable climate. From hot, dry summers to freezing winters with snow accumulation, your roof needs to handle a wide range of weather conditions year after year. Asphalt shingles remain a popular choice because they're affordable, available in many styles, and perform well when installed correctly. Metal roofing has also gained attention for its ability to shed snow quickly, resist strong winds, and last for decades with minimal maintenance. Homeowners should also consider factors like attic ventilation, insulation, roof pitch, and manufacturer warranties from trusted brands such as GAF, Owens Corning, and CertainTeed. A reliable roofing company will explain how each material performs under local weather conditions instead of recommending a one-size-fits-all solution. Nxt Lvl Roofing and Exteriors helps homeowners compare roofing systems based on durability, energy efficiency, maintenance requirements, and long-term value. Selecting the best roofing material for Idaho weather today can mean fewer repairs, better protection, and greater peace of mind for many years to come. 6 hours agoCall now
