  Poor response. Not reliable contractor

This contractor originally did our roof years ago, following that we have had him out for a number of times for repairs and it has become clear that they engage in work they are not qualified to perform (TPO flat roofs) and did not adequately vent the original roof according to manufacturer's specifications.

Don't use this company. They used a roof vent as a kitchen exhaust vent. The roofers don't know the difference between the two.

Lafever Roofing did a great job on replacing our roof. The crew arrived on time each day. They were very pleasant and respectful to us & our property. They even went to our neighbor & cleaned up what debris accidentally fell in their yard. They cleaned everything up each evening before leaving for the day. They are easy to work with and very reasonable in their pricing. Thank you LaFever Roofing for the great job you did!

3/2026: Just had a full roof replacement done by LaFever. Long term family home. LaFever previously did this roof in 1988 with 20 year shingles. 38 years later and it was due. Long past their life expectancy with no leaks or issues. …

Twas the days before Christmas and from the roof of the house, something was stirring, but it wasn't a mouse... With my parents out of the country, their skylight started leaking in the monsoon rains we've been having, so I was left to deal with it. Leaving messages with several other roofers, I got ghosted more than Ebeneezer Scrooge. But John from LaFever came out the same afternoon as I called (Christmas Eve Eve) to provide an estimate. He identified issues with the flashing but this type of skylight requires a specialized flashing kit. So he gave me the photos and a number for a specialist who is now coming out Christmas Eve to look at it. I really appreciated the responsiveness and professionalism, especially when there didn't end up being anything in it for them. If Santa's reindeer mess up my shingles, I will be calling LaFever first.

I needed a section of my roof replaced, due to a leak. LaFever Roofing made the whole process easy to understand. From pre-installation for measurements to the actual install and afterwards, they were more than professional in all aspects. I would recommend them to anyone who needs a quality roofing company. I will be using them in the future when I need roof repairs or replacement.
