  Chris came out and gave me an estimate. He was thorough, communicated clearly, and was honest enough to tell me that my roof still had a few good years left before it needed to be replaced. I really appreciated his honesty and the fact that he didn’t try to sell me something I didn’t need. I would definitely recommend him!

  We had our roof replaced as a result of storm damage. Tim interfaced with the adjuster and helped us with the claim. It was good to deal with someone who knows the ropes. Platinum also ended up being the low bidder and got the roof replacement contract. Roofing is a messy process but his crew used tarps and cleaned up at the end of each day. We are thoroughly satisfied with the end result and would use them again.

  Holly and Tim literally saved me thousands of dollars from the first estimate of $50,000 from a very high-pressure local roofer. I called Holly at Platinum. My salesman Tim got on the roof and told me what was REALLY wrong with the roof and what it was REALLY going to cost. These people walk the walk. In a business that often has a poor reputation, these guys are rock stars. I saved enough to have covered gutters installed. I would highly recommend this company. Thanks, Holly and Tim!

  Great company and fair prices. Tim was the best to work with. There was a discrepancy on the shingle type I chose and agreed upon but Tim's response to the situation made it a fair deal in the end. So far the roof looks great amd we shall see how it holds up over the winter.
