  I had a leak on my flat roof near a drain. I made Sav a Roof aware before having the roof replaced. I still have the leak. Sav a Roof has not come to inspect. And the owner Tom doesn’t answer his phone or call back. Don’t use them

  Original review Summer 2020 I had some issues which were resolved completely, they went out of their way to make sure I was satisfied. The work was high quality and it was done quickly. The staff was very professional and polite. This is truly a customer centered company. I highly recommend it. UPDATE 5/4/2024 They did exactly the same thing they did 4 years ago. At the time they installed a roof on my 2 story house. There were a few things that were missing or were wrongly installed. I tried to contact them about the issues with no response from them for more than two weeks until I wrote a 2 star review reflecting the issues. It did not take more than two hours for them to contact me back. At the end all issues were resolved to my satisfaction but it took them more than 2 weeks to get to it. It wasn't so much how long it took them to fix the issues but the lack of communication. If they had told me they were backed up because of a storm I would have understood. After they fixed the problems I changed my review to 4 stars. It's been 5 weeks (3/29/24) since I contacted them because the roof had a leak. I sent some pictures and talked to an assistant twice and sent additional pictures of the damage the leak had caused. She told me they were writing a work order for someone to take a look. The weeks past and I did not hear anything from them. In the meantime I discovered a hole that had been left at a corner where the roof met the siding on the first floor, I opened the wall inside the house and confirmed that that was the issue. The roof is still under warranty for another 6 years and they should have been the ones to fix the issue since it was faulty work on their part. The problem was easily fixed with silicone compound which I did. They really need to improve their communication and response time. Now I have doubts that the roof will hold for long and that I may have to sue them if new issues are discovered.

  I had many estimates but we went decided to go with Sav a Roof and couldn’t be happier!! Thank you Tommy and the crew you all were so professional and nice. We would highly recommend them. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️. Just used you guys again for my soffit. Did an amazing job!!!

  Sav A Roof totally replaced my roof and gutters approximately seven years ago. I need some maintenance on the gutters recently, and they got the job done ASAP. They earned 5 stars easily. Marie is the best...!!

  I had a wonderful experience with Sav A Roof. They replaced my very old and leaking skylight, with a beautiful brand new one. They professionally installed the new one in only a couple hours. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for any roofing services !

  From the minute Marie, the office manager, answered the phone when my husband, Oliver Steindecker, and I first called, we knew we were in good hands. We asked for an estimate for a new roof, and she said that Tom, who owns the company, would come over and take a look. Within days, Tom arrived and saw what we needed for the new roof. He efficiently gave us an estimate we were satisfied with for the roof and replacement of 3 skylights, an attic fan, and 5 dampers. Tom is very knowledgeable and explained everything to us. We chose to move ahead with Sav A Roof, and Tom set up a date for us on which the whole crew would come to complete the job in one day. They did indeed finish the work in one day, adding extra value by reinforcing our existing gutters. Our new and improved roof looks beautiful, and we couldn't be happier with it.

Pricing was inline with (2) other quotes - so I felt confident I was paying for the amazing value I got. Tom's Service and Experience go well beyond - he answered every question immediately and was always there if we needed him - and he is a true gentleman.

  I had a positive experience with Sav A Roof from the first day when I received the estimate until the day the project was completed. I had 2 skylights installed and every employee I spoke with from Sav A Roof was knowledgeable and honest. I will definitely use them again for any future home remodeling.

  I had a smaller project that I needed quoted. I wanted to replace a couple of cedar shake bay window roofs that I had done over 40 years ago. I wanted to go with a metal roof on the main window in the front of the house. Tom's quote was fair and absolutely no pressure to sign on. The crew removed the old roofing and installed the custom metal roofing perfectly. Attention to installation detail and cleanup were excellent. Highly recommend!
