  5 stars? Really? The communication and promises made between the office vs the workers was completely opposite. The office promises you to be taken care of which is reassuring but when I met with the person doing the work I got the complete opposite multiple times. I am a young woman and I personally feel like I was talked down to like I didn’t know anything and manipulated into agreeing with them. All we asked for was anything equivalent to versatex for our fascia boards and were told yes, no problem. When we had our windows done I saw the exact material we asked for being used so we never thought we’d have a problem. We were wrong, they covered our rotted wood fascia boards with a pvc capping and are now being told what we originally asked for is not possible (complete bullshit I’m sorry). The work done on one’s home should be what the customer asks for and not what the company decides is okay. They tried to compensate but we are still out $1-2k and have not heard back in over a month. The worker told me what I paid is the capping but when I met with the salesman he assured us we could get the versatex equivalent (I believe azak), my husband and I confirmed multiple times about the versatex in our initial meeting. Please be aware that 5 stars is complete bullshit. We had windows and roof done as well which went better than the fascia board situation but we still had to call them back multiple times to fix simple things that were supposed to be done the first time. Also the salesman Chase lacked communication in a few ways- I am very detailed oriented person and certain things were not explained fully, I would have chosen different products if I could have. The only way this company will fix anything is through reviews so here I am. Hope you have a better experience than we did. The last picture is what was used to cover and not replace like we asked.

  Bow window that was installed in my home four years ago has water leaking through the top into the headboard and down the panel into the seatboard. Water damage is so severe it's caused the wood to rot to a point where I've had mushrooms growing out of the headboard, inside of my home. My wife has called and the amount of leaving messages and phone tag is ridiculous. The last message we received was offering a service call for $150. I called today to follow up and an answering service took a message. I then found the number provided by the owner on here and called that, was talking to Tina when she said "oh Nancy just heard me say your name and said she was working on the case with your wife, I'll transfer you over to her" ... then I was on hold for 50 minutes before I hung up and called back figuring my call must've gotten lost ... and that went straight to voicemail. Figured maybe leaving a review on here might get me a faster response. If the way you installed a window caused fungus and likely mold to be growing in a client's home, especially the home of a 2 year old and 10 month old child, the only response is to correct the problem promptly. Please just fix my window before my kids get sick.

  The product itself that king quality offers is good however there after project service team does not go about things in the professional manner and allows the negligence of some of the crews to be accepted. They misconnected and cracked my electrical wire on the outside of the house in which caused my electrical panel to flood during a storm. Never had issues prior to them doing the siding and simply because it was stated verbally that it was their fault by PSEG and not in writing they won’t cover the cost . So clearly they will take the verbal words of their team saying it’s not there fault but not the customers saying it is . I will not be recommending them to the many people I know who wanted to get siding done.

  Had my roof done in 2024. It was the worst experience from the beginning the middle and the end. The crew consisted of someone in charge. This someone in charge never spoke to me throughout this Roofing process. He took off the top of my skylight not knowing that it was Electric so now I have no electric he ruined my skylight and I have horrible drafts from both skylights that I have to walk around in both rooms with a hat on. I'm losing Heat and I'm losing air conditioning. I want to say that this company cheats you with the quality of shingles which the salesperson never discussed with me. The shingles are like tissue paper I complained about this issue and someone from King quality came and he's not resolving the issue as of yet and it is now 11/25. I do not think they know how to properly shingle around skylights. In my opinion it was a shoddy job. They ruined my g u t t e r by putting a ladder against it when I told them from the beginning I don't want any ladders against my g u t t e r s. This was resolved with a brand new 40 ft g u t t e r. We found hundreds of Nails in my gutter downspouts which was never cleaned properly after the job. During this process this Roofing install there was never anyone at my home from King quality overlooking the job and no one from King quality contacted me during this Roofing job. You're on your own. They just want your money and they ask f o r a lot of money and the poor quality of materials and the workmanship is a horror. I would never refer this company for not only Roofing but for any other work they do. They just don't care in my opinion they are just in it for the money. Horrible horrible horrible horrible experience.

  Got my roof, gutters and siding done 2020. First bad rain roof leaks they tell me it’s because it rained sideways?!? Said they would send someone. 6 months no one came called again said they would send someone nothing again. Called yet again said they would escalate. Another independent company came out to assess they said King Quality is responsible and will fix. After 3 years of leaking, finally got the roof fixed. Now 2025, my bathroom window is leaking in from behind the siding. DO NOT RECOMMEND USING THIS COMPANY!!!👎👎👎👎👎

Unfortunately, we cannot see under the shingle to the wood decking. While we do our best to prepare homeowners for the possibility that wood decking may need to be replaced, it's impossible for our team to make that prediction until the shingles have been removed.   Gregg was professional and very helpful and made it easy for me by explaining everything to me. I felt no pressure at all and I felt he was very honest and knowledgeable which made me feel very comfortable.   Scott took the time to go over all options and best plan for our home. I felt like Scott cared about our specific. I would recommend Scott to anyone who is doing a project. Roof installation went great, install team TJ and Eddy with Quality Control did a great job as well Janelle in office with scheduling the guys.

  If I could give more stars I would!! King Quality absolutely lived up to their name. From the first call speaking with Lynne, to Phil the Salesman, to Mike the Foreman and to Eddie (Quality Control)-each person was very knowledgeable and explained each step. They installed a new roof, gutters and windows. They all went out of their ways to find me the color I wanted. I have never seen a Company that was so professional and organized. Nowadays you usually do not see that quality in a Company-but King Quality has all the qualities to be "crowned". I highly recommend.
