Dear Carlito, Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We are truly sorry to hear about your experience and regret that our service did not meet your expectations. Your concerns are important to us, and we take them very seriously. We strive to provide high-quality workmanship and thorough inspections to ensure our customers are satisfied. It's disappointing to learn that we fell short in your case. The repair section was clearly noted on the proposal and done correctly. We did mention that your roof is at the end of it's life multiple times, Wew included a complete re-roof price as well. we even told you we would send a guy back over there to discuss the job in more detail when you said you'd be home. When my guy showed up, you weren't home. We provided a 10 year warranty with the section we did and stand begind our work. Please feel free to reach out to our office directly so we can discuss your concerns in detail. We appreciate your feedback and hope to have the opportunity to make things right. Sincerely, The Santa Fe Roofing & Rain Gutters Team

I called the number provided in which I spoke to someone who transferred my call, I then got an answering machine Which gave me 2 options Option 1 ---If I'm in need of a roofer press 1 for anything else press 2 as I don't need any roofing done I press 2, then I'm told that this line is only for those in need of roofing......I just need some gutter repair.

I hired Santa Fe Roofing and Rain Gutters to repair roof leaks. Chris Krajewski, one of the managers, worked with me and made my life easy. He is a thorough professional. His crew was also, like him, very competent and professional. They took care to protect our backyard flowers and flower pots and showed care and concern for our property. Because only a rain and downpour will tell us if the roof repair is perfect, it is hard to say now that the job was an unqualified success. But judging from their overall care and professionalism, I am willing to say that it was a successful job, very well done. Thank you Chris. Please pass along my thanks and appreciation to your crew. You guys are a class act. God bless you.
