Too few ratings to compare against other roofers — at 11 ratings a single unhappy customer moves this figure by several points.
The critical reviews
The one and two-star reviews, first. These are what a star average hides, and they are the reason this page exists.
We hold no one or two-star review text for Santa Ana Roofing. That is not the same as there being none — it means our capture did not reach any. The rating breakdown above is Google’s own count and is the number to go on.
What reviewers keep mentioning
Topics Google extracted from this business’s reviews, with how many mention each. These are words that appeared in reviews, which is not the same as a service the business sells.

A roofer replaced an ageing, failing roof. They went thru all the choices from the beginning of the review and helped me figure out what content would be most helpful for the site. The staff was on schedule, systematically working thru the process. They cordoned off the property and pulled off the old roof and then conducted a massive clean-up. I loved the updates during the job instead of wondering what's going on. The roof looks wonderful now and the whole procedure was lot more organized than I thought it would be.

We hired Santa Ana Roofing to fix our flat roof. They talked about the materials they used and made sure the sealing was done correctly. The process went well, and the results have stayed nice.

Santa Ana Roofing just put a new roof on our house. They gave a clear quote and a schedule that made sense. The workers worked hard every day and kept the job site clean. A professional put the roof on, and it looks great. Everything seemed easy and well-planned.

We had an issue with our roof leaking at the office, and they came in, replaced the shingles, and fixed the damage. Professional and reliable.

They quickly put a new roof on my porch and then came back to check for leaks. That extra care made a big difference.

After dealing with storm chasers from other states, it was nice to find a local roofing contractor who really stood by their work.

In one day, they put a new roof on our garage that wasn't attached to the house. Fast, clean, and extremely fair prices.

After taking down the solar panels, I had to replace the roof. They worked with my solar contractor to make sure everything was in order and that the installation was done correctly. Not every roofer is okay with that.

Every day, they came on time and worked hard. No excuses, no delays. Just a strong work ethic.

Where this page comes from
Every figure above is Google’s, captured on 24 September 2026. The star average and the 11 ratings behind it are counted by Google across all of its reviews. The review text on this page is a sample — we hold 11, of which 11 have any text — and it is not everything Google shows.
Roof Warden does not verify licenses, bonds, insurance or workers’ compensation cover, and nothing on this page should be read as though we had. Confirm those directly with the contractor and with your state or provincial licensing body before you hire anyone.
There is not much data on Santa Ana Roofing. A short record here means our capture found little — not that there is nothing to find, and not that the business is new or inactive.
