  The installation of our skylight was integrated into a broader roofing enhancement, and the team regarded it as the centerpiece of the project. They strengthened the surrounding structure, ensured that the drainage systems were impeccable, and conducted extensive testing. As a result, light now pours into our hallway, definitely a worthwhile addition!

  We did a major home renovation/addition and wanted a standing seam metal roof. Living in a fire zone, this was important to us. Additionally, a metal roofing system can last 50 years. However, it was very difficult to find a roofer that works with standing seam. And the ones we found not only took forever to give us a price, the estimates were astronomical. With the clock ticking, we almost settled on a basic asphalt roof because we needed to close up. One last Google search to find someone, I discovered Pacific Coast Roofing, Inc. and immediately reached out to Alex. After a brief call, he worked quickly to give us a quote and got us on the schedule ASAP. The price was extremely fair and the team did an amazing job! We were so lucky to find Pacific Coast Roofing! Highly recommend! To add - we've experienced several days of heavy rain and haven't had any issues. They even came back and fixed a portion that another contractor dented in while working and installed all the vents as promised!

  First time ever meeting Alex H from PCR, I found him on Google and I am glad I did! I am very impressed with the kind of customer service he offers, which nowadays is rare among other roofers or just GCs in General. From the beginning I was confident he was going to be able to get the job done. I can tell he was on it. I had a home I had to prepare for Sale and we were in escrow. Alex and his team stepped up and got the job on time in a crunch. He responds quick to phone calls, goes out there and makes sure he can secure materials so he can assure the work is done on time, amazing attention to detail. Just amazing work, attitude, and professionalism. He worked well with the city inspectors and coordinated with them to make it happen. I Sold the house on time without delays! Even the buyers agent was impressed at his level of attention and service! Alex communicated with the buyers and their agent, all with a great "can do" attitude! I will gladly recommend Alex and his company to anyone!
