  DO NOT hire this company to replace your roof, gutters, or skylights unless you want someone who talks fast, cuts corners, and lies about their warranty. In the past 6 years, we have had several leaks and discovered various areas of shoddy work where rot wasn't replaced or flashing not installed when needed. We've consulted other roofing companies and even they were surprised at the poor installation. When confronted, they initially "repaired" by applying glue all over the place. Then they became confrontational. We had a horrible experience. Do not repeat our mistake.

We are aware we came out on 8/16/2022 for the initial free inspection, and you were quoted verbally on site. You left this same comment for us on another platform on 8/19/2022. I would like to apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused on your end, we regret that we missed out on your business. Our turnaround times are longer than usual, and we are doing our best to deliver our free estimates in a timely manner. I hope this single incident does not override all the hard work and amazing client-based family we have built over the years. I want you to know, we are taking this feedback and making improvements moving forward.

  Very disappointed with the service. Adrian, the owner, came out and gave us a proposal to replace the roof on our house after the rain in January. We had a leak in the valley of the roof, and the water was flowing into our garage. He said they would start the work the first week of February. He also stated that if the weather report said rain, they would come out and cover the roof where it was leaking. Someone from his office called and said they would be out on Thursday to cover the roof where it was leaking. When it started to rain, my husband called, and they said they were very busy and they would come out on Friday at 11:00. Meanwhile, since the rain was very heavy on Thursday, we had a flood in the garage. Nobody came on Friday, and when we called the office and finally got hold of Adrian, he stated that he would not be out to cover the roof and was very busy and it would be in our best interest to find someone else to take care of the roof and was withdrawing the proposal that he gave us. This left us in a bind and we had to scramble to find someone to come out to do the job.

  Premium Roofing System did an excellent job on our roof replacement. From the start, they were very helpful in walking us through the issues with our roof and clearly explaining what needed to be done. They handled the entire permit process, and the work passed inspection with the city inspector without any issues. Going into the tear-off, we knew there could be additional problems due to a known leak, and Aldo found several areas that needed repair beyond the original estimate. He took photos of everything so we could see exactly what they found and why the extra work was needed, which we really appreciated. They also painted the new fascia, and it looks great. The crew was polite throughout the project and left the site clean when they finished. Overall, a great experience

  David C. is an excellent Sales rep and the rest of the workers are also excellent. During the roof replacement project, we had a slight hiccup with the payment but the staff assisted us, patiently. Highly recommended.

  Can't have any better experience than with Premium Roofing Systems, replacing our old roof. First, Thurston explained all the details and was very accomodating to our schedule, so they started to work a week earlier. The foreman and project manager Aldo made all work very easy and smooth for us, they were coming in time, the work was very well organized and coordinated. At the end of each day all the areas - ours and our neighbors - was cleaned. After removing the old roof, more problems have been found, and Aldo dealt with all of them without charging us. His team was working in shifts to finish earlier. Ulises even came on Saturday as we though to do some additional things. Both foremen who worked on our roof- Aldo and Ulises- are very professional, and we were lucky to have them working for our house. We are very glad we have choosen Premium Roofing Systems from all the companies and would highly recommend Premium Roofing Systems Company to everyone!

  Great experience from start to finish. Aldo coordinated the project perfectly, the team showed up on time, and the work was completed faster than expected. They also replaced a 6‑ft shiplap board at no additional charge, which was a pleasant surprise. Five stars all around.

  Our experience with premium roofing was nothing but positive. The foreman Aldo was there to explain and answer any questions we might have. He was soft-spoken, very polite and really made our experience easy. the first morning about eight workers showed up and we knew we were off to a good start. At the end of each day, they cleaned up immaculately and finished the job on time and perfectly. I would recommend them without a doubt. We had three estimates and could tell by their original presentation that this would be the best company.

  Smooth Process and Excellent Leadership We’ve now used this roofing company for the second time, and once again, they delivered a great experience. The team worked professionally and communicated well with the city inspector. The crew was friendly, respectful, and clearly worked well together. You could tell there was strong leadership on site, and the project manager did an excellent job keeping everything organized and running smoothly from start to finish. We would absolutely recommend them.
