  Made an appointment for inspection of roof leak. A week later, a guy came and got on the roof and took pictures. He said I would get an email with an estimate. A week passes and no contact. I call the company and was told they would get back to me. Three days pass with no contact. I call again and ask if they want the job or not. Woman on the phone says yes, they want the job and will have someone get back to me in 20 minutes. That was over a week ago. A big, fat, 'F' from me

  HD roofs has been on my roof a couple of times. Once for a leak on an aluminum patio cover, another for a roof inspection. Both times, Maria was responsive to my inquiries and Joe the inspector and main point of contact was on site at the agreed upon time. What I appreciate the most about HD roofs and Joe is that they address your concerns without trying to oversell you. I cannot say the same for most of the other roofers I have gotten estimates and quotes from. I look forward to calling and referring to others HD roofs in the future for any roofing needs.

  I’ve used HD Roofs twice for leaks in my roof. Ace came out quickly to assess the situation. Both times he and his crew were able to take care of the major repairs before the next oncoming storms. They are very professional, efficient and reliable. I highly recommend HD Roofs.

  Started as planned, completed as planned, and the workmanship was excellent. I wanted fire suppressing eave vents installed. HD Roofs special ordered them for me and then installed them. I am very pleased with their work.

  It’s always great when at the end of a project, you think that you picked the right company. That’s how we feel about our experience with HD Roofs and we recommend them without hesitation because of the workmanship and customer service. Ace acted like our partner, listening to what we wanted and helping us achieve it. For example, he supplied us with addresses where we could see different lightweight tile roofs in different colors since we didn’t feel comfortable selecting our roof based on pictures in a brochure or website. We didn’t realize that we needed to replace our roof and skylight until we were midway through a major relandscaping project. Ace was sensitive to our concerns about protecting our newly installed pavers and described the steps he would take, such as laying down plywood on our driveway and only disposing of the old material from one protected spot. Since we needed to have the exterior of the house painted and we have two lower roofs, where the painters can only paint the areas above them by stepping on those roofs, he suggested doing our project in two steps. The first step involved doing everything other than installing the new roof tile and skylight and then, after the painters painted our house, HD Roofs came back to complete the job. Once the project was underway, we were impressed with how much time Ace spent at the job ensuring that everything was going well, keeping us informed and texting lots of photos. He helped us find contractors to help us with two unexpected problems we had: finding a plumber to lower the gas line for one of our fireplaces that was in the way of the new roof and finding a contractor to repair the brick on one of our chimneys. When I said that I didn’t like the way something looked on my neighbor’s roof because the concrete color was too light in comparison to the roofing tile, Ace told us that he could color the concrete to match our tiles better and made several samples so that we could choose the one we

  My wife and I decided to go with HD Roofs to replace our 30+ year old roof after receiving three estimates from three different companies. When Ace came out to do our estimate, he was the most courteous and professional estimator that we had come to our home. During the tear-off it was discovered that whomever had done the previous roof had put down a layer of tar and gravel on top of the 1X6 wood. It was back from the edge so there was no way to see it while doing the estimate. The roofers had to scrape it all off and it only came off in small pieces. The work was grueling and it took quite a long time. Then came replacing all the damaged 1X6 wood. They had to cut pieces and make them fit between the non-damaged pieces like a puzzle. Extremely tedious and time consuming. Because of the extra work involved, it took three weeks to complete. HD Roofs and their crew were there through the whole thing and never complained about how much this job sucked and as the homeowner, I know it sucked. If I ever need another roof, it will be done by HD Roofs.

  What turned me on to this company was the amount of 5-star reviews they had on Yelp with images. Had a roof leak on a new roof. They inspected where the issue was and provided a cost. I decided to move forward and the HD Roofs Team (Juan and his dad) were great. All around great family business. You can tell they not only do quality work but understand the importance of customer service. I will use them again in the future should I ever have any roofing issues.

  We were not looking forward to all the disruption involved with a total roof replacement. Happily we found and contracted with HD Roofs. Ace was our contact person and a more considerate and.knowledgable person would be difficult to find. Our job was expedited and completed in a thourally professional manner and we are completely satisfied with all aspects of the work. HD Roofs deserves the highest of recommendations.
