  Hello Mr. Shore, 2 star reviews are just as important as 5 stars. We never Coerce any clients to share their experience with us. I conducted a thorough investigation on your comments. Based on the information this project was completed 12 months ago, the property sat 250 feet from street in Hollywood Hills which added degrees of difficulty to deliver the material, in addition this logistical concern was shared before the project date.   BEWARE! One Stop Roofing re-roof our garage and storage room last summer. Our experience with them has been immensely frustrating and disappointing. From the first point of contact for a re-roof estimate to the completion of the project, it took a total of 3 MONTHS due to unprofessionalism and poor leadership. We had a request to replace the decking of the storage room and convert it back to flat roof (original layout) in addition to re-roof. They sent out their Sales Representative and a Roofing Technician in-person to provide an estimate for the project. We agreed with the estimate and signed the contract. Then, on the day of the project, the team showed up, LEFT ABRUPTLY, and FAILED to perform. We get a call from the Sales Representative saying that the estimate is going to be higher. This was frustrating because my partner and I have shown, explained, and provided pictures of the amount of old wood needed to be removed and replaced IN-PERSON and via EMAIL BEFORE we agreed to sign the contract. So that was the first red flag. On the day of the project, the team showed up and FAILED to perform AGAIN. They were still battling with us on the estimate they quoted us even though we were very clear on what type of materials we wanted and how much wood needed to be replaced. They would often come and go to our home property battling price estimates with us and if we disagree (because it did NOT obliged to the contract we signed), the team would just leave with a job unfinished. Also, the way the contract is written is a bit odd. It does not have a start to end date of the project nor the contractor's signature. Unfortunately, we did not notice it until things got hectic. It only leaves my partner and I having to keeping referring to this "contract" dispute via email (though we would have very much prefer to discuss over the phone).   Hello Dina, we conducted a full review of your project. This project started on 8/15/2023 which is two summers ago and not last summer and the project was finished with the inspector signing off on the initial inspection on 8/16/2023 and final inspection was signed off on 8/28/2023 which is exactly 12 days and not 3 months. A change order was processed for an amount f $ 2000 which was to change 250 feet of rotted shiplap which included a 20% discount. We are surprised that this review is written after 18 months of project completion with erroneous information of it taking 3 months. Yes stucco was damaged since the old roof was under the stucco and had to be broken for it to be removed, however this was fixed at no charge. We recommend either updating your review or removing it as we have documents to back up statements we have made. One Stop Roofing

  Really pleased with One Stop Roofing. They were communicative and responsive throughout the project, and the work was completed promptly and correctly. After the job wrapped, I had a few follow-up items I wanted addressed, and they handled every one without any pushback or hassle. That kind of post-install responsiveness is rare and made the whole experience easy. Highly recommend.

  We recently had our roof replaced and were extremely pleased with the entire experience. From start to finish, the process was smooth, professional, and surprisingly stress-free. David did a thorough job with the initial quote and expertly managed the project every step of the way. He was always quick to respond to questions and concerns, keeping us informed throughout the process and making sure everything stayed on track. Jenny, the scheduler, was equally wonderful to work with. Her communication was excellent, and she made coordinating the project easy and seamless. The crew maintained a clean and safe workspace, which we greatly appreciated. They were respectful of our property and did an excellent job with cleanup each day. The project was completed efficiently, and the quality of the work exceeded our expectations.
