  Just got flicked off middle finger for not letting them merge quickly enough by their own mistake and lack of driving skills by one of their drivers. Not professional ….not smart buddy, it was a pick up truck style (info for the owner)

  Your crew acts like trash. Throwing garbage all over the street, sitting in their car and throwing cigarette butts all over the street. Blocking entrances for convenience. Zero professionalism, especially buddy in the blue sedan.

  Perhaps this bad review will get them to come back and finish the job??? We have a furnace stack that exits on our roof, and we found water dripping down indoors when it rains. We were worried that the leak may also be entering our attic space or damaging our roof. Sanderson Roofing was highly rated by a neighborhood group, so we requested a quote. An estimator came by the next day to inspect the roof, showed us pictures and explained how the furnace stack could be leaking, and how they would repair and seal the area. They provided an estimate of $400, which seemed like a lot, but we trusted they would do a professional job. We approved the job and booked a time. On the day, 2 guys came and applied some caulking to the stack, took hardly 10 minutes. We even asked "Are you sure that's all? Your estimator mentioned other repairs required to seal the area? Do you want to test if it's still leaking?" - No, they assured us it's all fixed! To no one's surprise, it was still leaking 🙄... We asked them to come back, they agreed and rebooked a time. On the day, the same 2 guys came again, and just reapplied caulking in the same manner, took hardly 5 minutes this time. And assured us "this time, it's definitely good!" We even asked them to come in and inspect the leak from inside, but they refused. Again, it's still leaking! 😠 After that, they started ignoring us and we never received a response back. When we tried calling, we either got Eric or Jeff on the phone who are rude or sound confused, they told us they'll look at the order and contact us back, but never did. When we email, their admin Sarah says that she's notified Eric or Jeff, but we never hear back. Stupidly, we paid for the job after their second visit, as they pressured us to settle the invoice. We think they took-off with our money and have no intention of resolving the problem! For $400, we could have bought our own damn ladder and applied some caulking! 🙄 ... total rip-off.

  They performed a small fix on the facia and shingles on my house. It was a terrible experience for me. They could not even put the screws evenly. They had to come multiple times. I argued with them after sending the photos of what they did. Eric was rude on the phone. I called even an institution to complain, then I did not file. I was not happy at all. It was a very small fix, but the techs were very reckless and uncareful. Maybe, it depends on the team they sent, but I don't recommend them based on my experience.

  Extremely disappointed. Got our roof installed by them and already leaking in just a year. Called the company to come fix it and they are blaming the winter like we never had a winter before. Try to stay away from them and save yourself from the hassle of dealing with them.

  Outstanding customer service right from the initial contact and all the way through the entire job. The workers were all very accessible and cooperative, they did a fantastic job and performed a very thorough cleanup. They were exceptionally patient and explained every detail we enquired about. The finished product looks amazing. I wouldn't hesitate to use their services again or recommend them to friends and family. Five stars!

  Very professional and polite - every person on site ! Showed up on time ....left when they said they would ....the work was done on time, on budget and when the packed up and left - you could not tell they were there(other than the newly installed roof). Impeccable !!

  Sanderson is great to deal with. Had them redo a small section of my roof and they did a great job. When another section of my roof started leaking, I called them again and they were very quick and attentive in taking care of it.

  Had a minor roof leak after heavy rain last weekend. Called Sanderson Tues morning, and two roofers were at our house that same afternoon. They showed me what the problem was (part flashing needed to be re-tarred) and fixed it within a half hour. Would highly recommend Sanderson to others. --Peter Paul

  We had our entire roof reshingled by Sanderson 2024. We chose a nice grey and slate colour mix that elevated the overall look of the house. I was shocked at how fast the crew worked. They arrived early in the morning before I left for work and by the time I got home, they were gone and I had a new roof! Entire process was completed in a day. It has now been close to 2 years since they completed the job and roof looks just as great. They were also priced very competively. Great experience from start to finish.
