I bought a house in 2024, whose roof was replaced by Sanders & Sons in 2023. I have a leak. The previous owner did not buy a warranty according to Sander & Son. That is fine, I asked if they can come give me an estimate on looking for the leak to repair their own work. They said they would get get back to me, after multiple calls, text and voicemail they are ignoring me. So I'm guessing they don't stand by the work they do that they don't care to even try to come to try to charge me money for a brand new roof that is leaking. WOW

Probably related to general contractor's poor coordination but roof tiles put on finally, hours before hurricane approached. Always wondered about quality of job. We did complain about mudding on the edges. It was not smooth and just looked …

Sanders & Sons did an outstanding job. From beginning to the end, these guys are great. The install team was great too, installing, touch up areas to prevent squirrels getting as well as clean up. Fantastic company that really delivers! Thanks for doing my roof.

I did not think it possible that I could leave a 5 star review for a roofing company, but if I was able to leave 10 stars, I would for this organization. I previously met with other roofers whose prices were extraordinary along with their …

Joey and the crew worked our roof installation into their existing schedule on short notice and allowed us to meet a tight deadline that prevented our insurance from being canceled. They did a high quality job at a reasonable price. I recommend them for any roof work. Very responsive and easy to work with.

Being the perfectionist that I am, I got 10 roof replacement quotes. I was impressed with the transparency and fair pricing that Sander and Sons Roofing provided. They did not tell me only 3 sheets of plywood would be included, the quote included all wood needed. In addition they agreed to install water and Ice underlayment on the entire roof so I could qualify for a huge Homeowners discount. Their workers were on time, covered our landscaping with tarps to prevent damage and cleaned up everyday before leaving. They took there time, and did the job right. I mentioned I had a very hot attic, and they extended my roof vents and added additional to help me save on cooling cost. My roof is beautiful. The building inspector even commented on the good job they did. If you want all inclusive pricing, an honest and transparent family business that does quality work at a reasonable price, look no further. They also guarantee their workmanship and use very high quality materials. If I could, I would give them 10 stars!

Sander and son roofing did a amazing job on my roof able to strip it in 1 day. Replace some plywood, facia board and do the peel and seal and have it water tight by the end of the day. They were able to completely shingle it the following day and clean up the entire mess. The job went so soothly, I would highly recommend Sander and son roofing to anybody looking to replace their roof and by the way, they gave me the best price of all 7 companies that I interviewed. Thank you very much, Sander and sons.
