After the job was completed, I noticed issues around the chimney and vent areas. The flashing didn’t look properly installed, and sure enough, leaks started appearing during rainstorms. On an aging roof, these details are critical, and they completely missed the mark

I’m not happy with the quality of the work. Some parts of the roof look fine, but others seem rushed and uneven. It’s inconsistent and not what I paid for

We called Sanchez roofing due to a leak. They came out the same day and found the issue in about 2 minutes and had it fixed in 5. They didn’t charge for the easy fix and gave us a very reasonable quote as to what a new roof would cost. They were kind and professional and we will absolutely be calling them when we are ready for our new roof.

Sanchez was very professional, finished the job quickly . Very good job, and cleaned up afterwards. They even ran a magnet all over the yard around the house to catch any nails that may have been dropped. I would highly recommend them to anyone.
