Logan was our consultant and he did an incredible job to help us to get a new roof in a timely manner. The crew that worked on our roof did a great job paying attention to details and also cleaning up afterwards. In passing, I even saw a worker reach under our patio table to pick up a tiny piece of black remnants of the old roof. I was “wowed” with their respect towards our home. Highly recommend this company and working with Logan. He does a great job of communicating and being down to earth.

Hired these guys to repair my roof after a tree fell on it. They were quick to get me a quote and get me scheduled. They showed up on time and did a great job. Justin was very easy to work with and was knowledgeable throughout the whole process. I would definitely hire them again if I ever have another roofing issue. Thank you guys!

When Should You Replace Your Roof? A roof does not always need to be replaced simply because it is getting older. However, there are several warning signs homeowners should pay attention to, including missing shingles, cracked or curling shingles, excessive granule loss, recurring leaks, damaged flashing, visible deterioration, and previous storm damage. Modern Roofing Group provides residential roof inspections and roof replacement services throughout Cookeville, TN, Putnam County, Crossville, Sparta, and surrounding Middle Tennessee areas. We install asphalt shingle roofing systems from trusted manufacturers, including Owens Corning, and help homeowners determine whether a roof repair or complete roof replacement makes the most sense for their property. If you are concerned about the condition of your roof, having it professionally inspected can give you a better understanding of what needs to be done to protect your home.3 days ago
