I found that Allen's Roofing does not do a good job of doing what they say they are going to do. I was told someone would be coming to my house to quote a Roofing job. That was over 3 weeks ago. No phone calls, texts or anything as a follow-up. Apparently they don't need my business. It's a shame that some folks don't do what they say they are going to do.

We had an appointment for them to come to look at our roof and give an estimate. They never showed up and still haven’t called. Disappointed

Manager in FLL was rude 8/10/23 around 10 pm. Ignored customers waiting in line. Stated " Why do you c/o...its not too many people in line...( it was 10 people 😩 waiting. Nobody helped to chose the right car. " Pick up the car, keys inside...." Worth service. …

Came out very quickly to inspect and subsequent repair after windstorm damaged roof. Price was very reasonable, work appears to have been done well and I even learned some things about roofing while they were there. It was a refreshing experience all things considered and I will definitely use them again.

I had my roof replaced in 2021 by Allen’s Roofing, and five years later I am still very pleased with both my roof and the company. Integrity and honest, trustworthy service have been at the forefront of my experience. They’ve come out twice over the years for minor repairs due to normal wear and tear, and each time they were prompt and professional. I have found that Allen’s Roofing stands behind its work and product and truly cares about the needs of its customers. Excellent people…excellent company!

Great experience. Could not have been better. They cover up storm damage until the job could be completed. They were timely, completed job in one day. Jeremy Govero sales agent and Clay Padgett crew supervisor were very professional, excellent communication during the complete process. My second experience working with Allen’s Exteriors.
