Not good. Not good at all. The salesman is aggressive, not transparent and made comments to my partner about being autistic when my partner has stage 4 cancer. We also were not advised that lumber bought for repairs was 1600.00 until we returned home after the job had been completed. I paid them for the entire job but there was no mention of the lumber prior to the completion of the roof. Then I was called at my job demanding an answer for my review. I used my HELOC to cover the proposed estimate and did not advance the additional 1600.00 for the lumber. I would have appreciated the total cost including the lumber when I requested the advance. The actual work was very well done.

I stopped by in person to inquire about a roof repair. While standing in front of his desk, the owner made an appointment to come by the following Monday. The day was chosen by him as I had no preference. Monday came and went. No call, no …

Professional. Quick response and scheduling work. Metal roof looks very good, pleased with the process. They do have a charge if you use a credit card. Make sure you work that out before signing up. Otherwise, good folks , would recommend.

We initially went with Henry Brothers to replace our roof because of the great price. After meeting the crew, watching them work, and seeing the results we now realize they provide much more than just great value. To a person the crew were polite, friendly and extremely conscientious. They were so efficient, working through intermittent rain and staying to finish the job despite the weather delays. When the roof was complete they took extra time to inspect and collect trash, nails and such. At Henry Brothers it’s obvious every employee takes great pride in their work and pleasing the customer. GREAT JOB HENRY BROTHERS!!!

Johnathan Chester and Jessy roller, were amazing their workers were clean professional, and did awsome work. The only roofing and siding company I would use, and pricing is very honest and reasonable to boot.

I needed a new metal roof on a 130 year old Victorian style house. Lots of dormers, valleys and trim work. Jason Tarver was my first introduction to HBR. He wasn’t intimidated at all!!! Said “he loved a challenge “! We went with a standing seam metal roof and his team did an amazing job. Let me say we had a couple issues with the wooden siding and some trim pieces that got damaged in the process. Jason and HBR made every effort to fix the damage and we were completely satisfied with the outcome. Highly recommended
