  I initially was super impressed with best choices efforts to reach out to me, thinking they must be exceptional and looking for work. My initial encounter was fine as well as the estimate, although a little pricey. I was told three different times on Friday, They would be here they never showed. Showed up without warning on Saturday. Ask me what they were supposed to do about the roof and my chimney when he got here. And then left for four hours with all the supplies and tools in my yard and on my roof. They returned that day with the promised they would finish the job on the next day never heard from them on Sunday showed up on Monday to finish the job with an inspection to follow up. I was told that the job was done and then on Tuesday evening, they arrived again, saying they needed to finish some things up, in total, I had four arrivals without notice and two promises of their return that were not fulfilled until the next day. The company did not feel that this was enough to give me any sort of discount. I would not recommend these people to anyone. I’m just upset that this was my choice for my roof repair.

  Part 1 The whole process from start to finish was almost four months. I do not have an issue with this since there was insurance claim processing time and weather delays. I have worked construction jobs in the past, so I completely understand weather delays. I not only understand, but I appreciate the fact of not wanting to tear a roof off a customer’s house when there is high probability of rain in the forecast. The issues I had with Best Choice Roofing are as follows: Scheduled installation date 1: No time of arrival given from previous notification date, that day the installation was a no call / no show and when I called the office to ask what the situation was, I was told there had been weather delays and that the crew would arrive the next week. Scheduled installation date 2: Again, no time of expected arrival given and again, no call/no show. I called the office again to find out what the situation was and was told the same thing there had been weather delays. I asked the person I was on the phone with, shouldn’t this have been something that was known yesterday and that a call would have been appreciated to let me know. Scheduled installation date 3: I was called by the office to let me know again of weather delays but this time it was 2 days before the scheduled installation date. I said no problem I understand these things and was appreciative of actually getting a phone call. They said that they would be coming the following week. We decided to leave town on the Thursday prior, to go visit family since the installation had been delayed until the following week. We left early that morning and got about 3 hours from the house, and I received a phone call stating the crew was on their way to do the installation. I asked, “I thought the installation had been cancelled due to weather?”. I was informed that the crew decided to work that day. I thought it would be better that I cancel my trip and return home, but since I was about halfway to my destin

  Best Choice Roofing and Matt Buchmann made my decision and experience on replacing my roof easy and smooth. Matt came and explained/educated me on their process to replace my roof. Matt came back with my quote on Saturday and the project manager called on Monday to schedule installation for Tuesday of the same week. Roofing crew completed the roof in one day. The cleanup was amazing, my property was left in great shape. I’m impressed with Best Choice Roofing and Matt, I am already telling and recommending this company to family, friends and strangers about my experience.

  Matt buchmann was a great. He went over the whole process and what i would get. Made sure i was able to make the best choice for and my family. He also communicated with me and answered any questions i had bofore the crew got there. Matt Burnette and his crew did an excellent job on my roof replacement. Done in a day and looks great! He and his crew were kind and did excellent workmanship. Matt was very good at communicating with me while I was at work. He came back when I got home from work and went over any questions I had.

  Highly Recommended – Best Choice Roofing! I had a roof leak at my cabin and reached out to Best Choice Roofing. Anna Byrd came out first to inspect the roof and was extremely knowledgeable, professional, and thorough. She clearly explained what she found. Then John Satterfield came out to provide a detailed estimate. Both Anna and John were excellent — their communication and expertise have been top-notch so far.   Matt and Matt are wonderful. Matt, our sales person, was available through the whole process while Matt, the foreman kept us up to date through the install. The whole place was done in one day. We loved their crew. Very professional. They were on time and did an amazing job with clean up after the job was completed. I can't say enough good things. We switched from metal to shingles. I've included before during and after photos. It looks so nice!!!

  I contacted BCR for a roof inspection and wasn’t sure exactly what to expect. Matthew Buchmann came out and gave us our inspection and went over the findings in detail with me. He then gave me several options and went into great details how they would repair things. Matthew Buchmann went above and beyond with his professionalism explaining everything I needed to know about a new roof installation and took the time to answer any questions I had. He was very professional but talked to me in a way that made me feel like we were old friends and that he was genuinely interested in giving me the best advice to benefit me. I highly recommend Best Choice Roofing and would like to say a big thank you to Matthew for his outstanding knowledge of roofing and his exceptional customer service.
