  Same day call back.Tried to explain over the phone the problem he wasnt listening just said minimum $350 just to come out. Very rude. I think you should at least get a freequote.

  Horrible customer service when requesting a quote. I mentioned that I had another company coming to get a quote (like most people do... I'm not just going to go with the first place I call) and was told they weren't going to waste their time playing the game of lowest price. 'If you have someone coming who is willing to do they work why would I bother wasting my time'. I said another company could give a rough estimate on the phone and he was not willing to do that. I explained that this company was my first choice based on BBB ratings, and after waiting almost a week for a call back I had to move on to call other companies but still wanted to use them. He agreed that they are the best but aren't willing to complete with someone else, that they are too busy to deal with it. Towards the end of the call I felt he was yelling at me for doing my research and trying to find the best company for my family.

  I called Sameday Roofing Systems and was told to expect someone to call me back to arrange an appointment. No one called. I tried calling but never got through to anyone. A week later I receive a call early Saturday morning telling me that they can stop by but to call them on a private line and it will cost me $500 just to show up? No thanks!!

  Had Sameday out for a quote on my roof, they ended up doing some gutter repairs on the spot too. Their quote was very competitive and I am beyond satisfied with the workmanship. Thanks for everything guys!

  I had a minor leak after a bad storm. I called SameDay roofing for an estimate. Richard came over and it was a pleasant and informative interaction. He addressed the problem quickly and even did a bit of extra work without me asking. We discussed future steps with regard to my roof and he explained things very clearly. It was a great experience and I would really consider them for any future work.

  ​Fantastic experience from start to finish! I highly recommend this company for any gutter needs. The owner, Richard, provided exceptional customer service and made sure everything was handled perfectly. He took the time to explain what needed to be done and ensured our drainage is now 100% ready for the weather. He also, took care of a small crack on the roof while he was up there!!   Had some damage to my roof. Called at 8am and they were here by 10 already fixing my roof. The gentlemen that were doing the work were fantastic. Gave me all kinds of knowledge about my roof, why the damage happened what could have prevented it etc. They legitimately cared about my concerns and the health of my roof. They even took the time to discuss all possible scenarios should I need to replace my entire roof in the future. Things like chimney work should be done prior to the replacement, areas that might be difficult or need to be fixed at the same time the roof is done etc. I chose Sameday Roofing as they were registered with the BBB and had an A+ rating. There were just too many companies and too many scams going around to know who to trust. I am extremely satisfied with my decision and will be choosing them for any future roofing needs.

  Can’t say enough about these guys!. They helped us out after our chimney was removed. They came out right away to make sure the roof was covered. Two days later returned, removed and replaced the entire back portion of the original roof. Looks better than original. Very neat and clean and cordial. Would recommend these guys to anyone.
