  I reached out and scheduled a quote with this company based off of the reviews that they were reputable in box gutter, repair/ lining and new roofs. I told the person who answered the phone that I was looking for a new roof quote and box gutter repair quote. I received a text confirming an appointment for Friday evening. I canceled plans. Jay reached out to me and told me that he looked at my property from an aerial view and gave me a bunch of reasons why he couldn’t come out and give me an estimate and when I asked him questions, he was working off of hypotheticals. He never came out to look at the job but told me how and why I should be repairing it a certain way. I do not recommend this company. bad communicators poor scheduling, and I gave him facts based off to previous quotes and he would not give me any answers or numbers and said that he would have to see the property???! but he canceled the estimate. I don’t know if it’s a lack of experience poor scheduling, bad staff or too busy but I do not recommend this company. Hey folks, the lesson to be learned here is don’t call this company because they will not come out and give you an estimate. They will say they’re coming and then they’ll cancel on you because they are just disorganized. Sorry if you were offended by hearing that Jay.

  Hey folks, Jay here (owner). The lesson to be learned is if you want help from sombody, dont start by throwing insults at them. Miss poplar is'nt being serviced because she were refusing to service her. End of discussion. Aside from that, were fully open for business and can absolutely service your box gutters, roofing and exterior rainwater management systems!

  Looked at the job, took a deposit, never did the work and have since told numerous lies. Not a reputable way to do any kind of business.

We spoke with an affiliate company who also has bad reviews from the same customer. They too, dont have any record of a "virginia pearce". Coincidentally, both us and our affiliate company received communications immediately following virginias bad review from a company offering to get rid of the bad review... for a fee.

  Came out and assessed my gutters, did not try to oversell me on anything. He sealed up my gutters and they have worked great ever since!! Would definitely recommend!!!

  Exceptional service. We had all of our gutters and downspouts replaced and had fascia wrap installed. The workmanship was excellent. We're very happy with the finished result. The 6" gutters are standing up well to the big rains we've been having. Plus, Jay went above and beyond to reroute our new downspouts to existing buried pipes on the property.

  Jay and the Salco team were fantastic—creative, honest, and cost-effective. We have an 1850s Lawrenceville rowhouse with tricky box gutters, and while other companies' quotes/plans involved an expensive full roof rebuild, Jay came up with a smart, targeted fix that saved us thousands. The work has already held up perfectly through a full Pittsburgh fall, winter, and spring. We were so impressed we hired them again for a flat roof replacement on a rental property—also a great result. Highly recommend.

  Hey Jake! Im so glad to hear everything is working out as planned! The only thing that can go wrong at this poiny is a clogged downspout. Keep an eye on that area, keep it free of debris and stay aways from any filter mounted inside the downspout drop. I had fun coming up with a good alternative option for you and appreciate the good words!

  In 2023 Salco Seamless Gutters replaced three downspouts, repaired some minor damage to my shingles, cleaned and installed gutter guards on my house, garage and shed. This is a very trustworthy company: they provided and fully explained several options for me to consider to address the problems I was having. They were on time, they kept me informed as they worked, everything was carefully done, and the guys were efficient and friendly. I'm very happy with their excellent work -- I highly recommend this company!!! April 2026: I just had Salco Seamless Gutters fix some roofing problems on a different house. The box gutters were leaking and there was a leak over a dormer window. I called Salco Seamless Gutters and a few other large companies to get bids, and all of the large companies said I needed a new roof and hanging gutters installed. Of course, the bids were amazingly high for that extensive work! Jarrett checked the roof and gutters out, and let me know that he could reline the gutters and fix the other leaking problems. He said my roof did not need to be replaced and fully explained what he would be doing. He and his team were excellent! They are trustworthy, skilled and efficient, and completed all the repair work for a very fair price. I HIGHLY recommend this company and will use them again.

  Jay came out and spent an hour diagnosing a potential weakness on my roof (free estimate). He was honest about there being no immediate concern, so while I’m not hiring him at this time, I will definitely reach out again if any issues arise. PS - his company has a steam machine specifically for ice dams.
