  J P roofing did my front porch, nice job replacing wood and new shingles and gutters. So when i called to get the back porch done the gave me an estimate and i signed the contract and waited and waited and called again and again, finnally a year later he calls me saying he can do the job tomorrow and when i ask about the price he gives me an outragous price. Will never call them again. Waste of my time. Really disappointed.

  My roof looks nice from what I can see but the communication and clean up were so poor. The customer service/scheduling person was so shady regarding financing and was not transparent. She asked for my social and signed my loan documents without my permission. There was so much debris and nails left behind surrounding our house and in our yard which was huge safety concern for our dogs and child. They were very hard to get a date scheduled and the communication relating to dropping off supplies and dumpster were behind poor, delayed and inaccurate. If I could do it all again, I would have chosen a different company.

  Called to get a quote on roof repair/replacement on behalf of a client. They said it was a "waste of time" to come out because they aren't going to do a quote if they aren't going to get the job. Was planning on giving them the job, but would rather to give it to someone who can give a quote before starting the job.

  After the storm in March, JP Roofing responded quickly and came out right away to tarp our roof. Unfortunately, that was the extent of their professionalism. When it came time to get an estimate, we had to call multiple times before finally receiving one. Communication was extremely poor—Tiffany seemed to be the only person who could provide information, yet she was consistently unavailable and did not return calls. After signing the estimate, we again had to repeatedly follow up just to find out when the work would be scheduled. To make matters worse, they sent us the wrong estimate, and I had to send them a copy of the contract we had already signed. We were told the work would begin on Thursday, but instead, on Tuesday at 7:00 AM, workers arrived in an unmarked van. They didn’t even know what job they were there to do and had no work order. A few days later, a separate crew showed up unannounced to replace the gutters. The billing process was just as frustrating. I had to call multiple times just to pay the invoice, which ended up being $300 more than what was stated in our contract. To top it off, we never received any photos or confirmation of the completed work, so I can’t even speak to the quality of the job. Overall, while the initial emergency response was prompt, the lack of communication, organization, and follow-through made this a very disappointing experience.

  They may do fantastic work, however I will never know. I called 2/12/26 to get a estimate. The lady who answered took my information and said scheduling will contact me within 24 to 48 hours. Today is 2/20/26 and nobody has contacted me …

  The project manager, Johnathan, was very thorough. He noticed a venting problem in my attic and fixed it when the roof was installed. The workers worked so hard! I’ve never seen more diligent workers! They left my yard spotless. Johnathan kept himself available for follow-up questions. I would sincerely recommend JP roofing. From the salespeople to the project manager to the installers, everyone was extremely pleasant and helpful and had an A+ work ethic!

  Received some damage on 3 roofs that we own. First contractor was a no show. JP Roofing came when they said, did what they said they were going to do, and in a timely manner. Within a week from signing the contract they were here. Lots of workers and did all 3 roofs in 12 hours. One roof was a large 4 car garage, the second a small house, and the third was a large shed. The workers WORKED hard totally cleaned up when they were done. Could not ask more. Could not believe all that was done in one day. Even had to make repairs to the wood under the shingles. Extremely happy. Would recommend in a heart beat. Management followed to inspect and hear our comments. GREAT JOB GUYS! We thought they were honest and fair and proved they were good to their word.

  Jonathan & his crew did an outstanding & beautiful job with our mansard style roof. They know how to install a complicated mansard roof job & do it the right way. 5-star work. Excellent communication during the progress of the work. Clean up afterwards excellent.
