  I would not recommend or hire this company to anyone 22k for a roof that they had to come back several times to fix issues their crew caused. First off the slid the flashing in side my siding their screwed my siding straight to the flashing the install manager is a joke said it is what it is they finally repaired my siding they messed my shudders up and have them bowed out which is still that way they did get replacement shudders that have been setting in my flower bed for several weeks yet to be installed they messed my siding up around my shudders that has yet to be fixed their crews pulled on my drive way and have left tar all over my driveway at first the install manager had said it wasnt them but I have proof otherwise and he finally agreed to take care of that which still has yet to be done. The metal roof is scratched down to bare metal was told that would be fixed and has yet to be done. They was suppose to clean up their mess as they go I came home after work was said to be done to find trash and material all over my yard. When the finally fixed part of my siding the damaged I was in vacation, came home after a week and find siding thrown all over my yard and killed my grass. I can still see gaps in some of the corners of the roof the install manager says its fine no water will get in the roof is functional im sorry I didnt pay 22k for it to just be functional I paid for it to look like professionals did the work. After the 4th time of coming out he begged me to sign off promising they would get the rest of it right so they can at least get paid and pay their crews and promised he would be back and make sure everything is handled correctly and i told him i didnt not want this dragged out if i do sign off on it he promised it would be completed in less then a month well guess what that didnt happen. I shouldnt have signed off on it because I feel like im going to have to get an attorney involved on this I will post photos below of how it looked with the firs

  No communication i herd from one person about what day they would arrive and what's supposed to hear from another person on what time the day prior never did they just showed up. Three did not speak english, one barely spoke english they did a rushed not that great of an install job its over pitched and hangs below soffit and some area's r level could have done a better job

  Be cautious Door salesman knocked on door, was interested from reviews,25 percent off project, 50 percent off material, was told free quote would take hour and a half Day of free quote comes, 4 hours he was at the house I had to leave for work but my wife stayed, was told since the salesman no pressure feel free to look around, but when I tried to leave for work I was told discount was only valid for same day deal. I was told I would be given scope of work, details of everything we talked about, which would not be possible to get hashed out at 6pm Scare tactics and urgency was used closer to the end of the quote(I would say moreso 4 hours of casual conversation and jargon, no scope of work, no materials to look at, colors to pick from etc) I have received quotes from others beforehand since coincidentally I am looking to replace my roof, they were all much more time efficient, detail oriented, and out of 3 other quotes the highest of them came 4k below these home genius interior quote after the 25 percent promotional discount or 16k below these original quote of 47k

  Refresh of review - now water coming into garage, roof still leaking. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. Sales people promised the world, crew did not deliver. Told us we could paint the facia, we bought the paint, and then the crew put them up either backwards or unpainted. The new roof leaks into the attic, and we now have birds living in our attic as well due to gaps left. Compounded with two flat tires on our vehicles in the weeks after, I would HIGHLY recommend consumers keep looking when roof shopping. Edit for their reply - "We take claims like this seriously..." Apparently only seriously enough to reply to my review, have someone call to "come look at the work", and then blow us off/not show up or call to reschedule. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!!!

  Do not get this company to do any work for you. If there is any warranty work(because they didn't do it right the first time) they won't come out to repair it. I've called 4 times about the gutters they put back on our house after installing soffit/fascia that we had bought. They installed the soffit/fascia ok. But they reinstalled the gutters terribly. They said they are coming out again. We'll see ??!!

  EDIT 2 months later: despite the nicely worded company reply below THEY ARE STILL CALLING ME! If you need home services, pass on this company. THEY WON'T STOP CALLING ME!! We agreed to get a quote and set an appointment when someone was going door to door. DO NOT ENGAGE! The company called me multiple times before the scheduled appointment, multiple people asking the same questions over and over again. Also got texts! Exasperated, I cancelled the appointment, which resulted in MORE calls. No one showed up for the appointment and I thought it was over. I was wrong, they just started calling again! They have a small army of people who will never leave you alone. There's absolutely no chance I'll use this company, but is there any way to make that clear to them and make these calls stop??

  I was originally very pleased with their work.... was quick and looked great. Had our siding and roof done in November of 2025. Since then the siding has fallen off 3 times. They say they're coming to fix it, give you a time and day, then don't show up. My siding is still hanging off my house.

  This company had subcontractors put a roof on my parents house and did not pay their workers. Now the subcontractors keep harassing my parents saying they didn't get paid. They showed up 3 times and have called saying they didn't get paid. Which I had enough and went to the police station and filed a report.

  We used Home Genius for our home for a long overdue roof. They were the the most reasonable price we received and got the large roof done much quicker than I would have expected! A few cheaper estimates were from companies I didn't feel were trustworthy enough. So glad we went the way we did. They cleaned up so well after and were professional while here. I would highly recommend!

  Work done was excellent. The guys were professional and the clean up was done so well that you would not even know that I had roofers here except for the fantastic new look of my house. I am looking forward to having them back out to replace the siding in the spring.

  I had a leak above my kitchen sink and I tried to get repair with 2 different companies. Needless to say both companies failed to repair the leak. I then decided I needed a more permanent resolution. While doing my due diligence, I contacted Home Genius. The sales rep Lamont to his time, showed be the damage to some of my wood in the attic and told me it was critical that I get my roof replaced. We negotiated on a price and less than a week the roof was replaced with the Owen's Corning system. The project manager, Max did a great job keeping me informed. The crew worked hard, cleaned up beyond my expectations. Thank you for making a scary situation turn into a pleasant experience.

  3.5 * Everyone at HGE--- Rich/presentation, Steve/Project Mngr, Zack/Contract were all professional and willing to answer questions and work on concerns. Gutter crew should have used clean up tarp... Overall nice job.

  Home Genius gave me a really well-made roof. They reconfigured the original structure and added vents so moisture doesn't build up under the shingles. It looks really nice. They could have sold me a more expensive, metal roof, but after inspection, they determined the shingled roof would better serve my needs, saving me thousands of dollars. The timeline was completely ignored. They didn't start until two days after they should have, and the entire process took seven days instead of the promised three. They put tarps around the house to catch nails and old shingles, but they were totally ineffective, and I'm still finding nails in the yard. In addition, the flower gardens around the house were entirely crushed. The roof is wonderful. The process was horrifying.
