Saint Roof

The only one or two-star review we hold for Saint Roof.

I’d give this roofing company a zero if I could. Mike and I have been in contact 5 times arranging for him to come to my house for an estimate on a flat roof repair. I live within 10 minutes of his address. I’ve been very flexible in setting up time for him to stop by and he either text back to arrange another time, or simply did not show up nor text to let me know he was not going to show. This started last year as my repair is not a large concern. I try to use local businesses when possible. And I was very flexible due to 5 star rating. It seems they do good work, but now I am hesitant. I have a bad feeling that they might get paid and never finish. So, I’m going to look elsewhere. Saint roof, I gave you so many opportunities to do this job and you couldn’t even show up for an estimate. It’s been almost a year, 5 arranged meetings, and nothing. So disappointed. It’s hard to believe you are in business.

Brad- thank you for your honest review. My apologies for the ongoing inconvenience. It’s hard to believe that we missed so many appointments. Again, my apologies. It’s clear that our reputation is better than what you are describing. I wish we had not dropped the ball on you Brad if there’s anything any of us can do for you please don’t hesitate to reach out again. My apologies.

Such a blessing!! We had tarps up on our roof unable to afford to fix it. Mike noticed, knocked on our door offering to help and had it fixed for thousands less than what we were quoted within a week!! Super ecstatic it’s fixed and never expected a roofing company to be so caring and kind! Will only use saint roofing services from now on for all future needs.

Scott- Thank you for the awesome 5-Star Review! We Care for Your Roof! Tree limbs hanging on a roof are a nemesis to the longevity of a shingles life. The main reason: when the wind blows- The limbs cause abrasions to the granulated surface of a shingle. Its lifespan after this happens is very very short! It was our pleasure to trim back the limbs. It was very nice meeting and working with you. If you ever need us, don’t hesitate to reach out. From Saint Roof and family - Happy Holidays!

Saint Roofing came through for us at the last minute! They responded quickly to fix a few areas on the roof of the house we’re selling so the buyer’s inspection wouldn’t run into any issues. The team was polite, efficient, and did excellent work. My only small suggestion would be to provide a more specific arrival window, but everything worked out smoothly in the end. I was so impressed with their professionalism and quality that I plan to use them again for roof repairs on our new home. Highly recommend!
