  Amanda, please remove this review. We do Not call random homes at all. We Never have and Never will. This is scammer using our Company name. The calls you are receiving are Not from us. We have received a calls yesterday that someone was using our company name as well in Oklahoma (We are located in Georgia). The gentleman called my direct number and gave me the number of the people that had been calling. This can hurt my business. Our number is listed on our website and Google 678-400-9066 or 770-374-2736. These are the only company numbers we have. Call me if you want to talk to me directly my name is Calvin and I am the Owner. Please Remove This.

  We take complaints and reviews Very seriously here at Safe Top. We have no record of this job and or person "Cc Pe". All of our work comes with a warranty. I have NEVER received a complaint like this nor does it make much sense. The vanities we purchase come with sink already attached. If this truly were the case 1. Should/Could have reached out us at anytime and still can if you truly are one of our customers. (But I tend to believe that you are not a Safe Top client) 2. If this really happened we could have went to the manufacturer for a replacement as we purchase vanity and sink combos. Hard to imagine a sink with an overhang "falling inside a vanity." 3. If we installed a new roof it would not make much sense for us to damage our own new roof!?? Especially being all our roof replacements come with a 5yr workmanship warranty and we are certified Installers backed by the manufacturer's 50yr warranty. 4. Lastly, if this person felt I was "nice and professional" why Not reach out to me? If this is in fact a Safe Top client any of these concerns could have been addressed immediately and resolved easily. My number is still same and you contact me directly at anytime as always. ~Calvin~ Edit to respond to FAKE REVIEW "Cc Pe". You can't have it both ways either I was On site or "Never Onsite". This is Absolutely FALSE. I am always onsite frequently throughout the job especially on large projects. Furthermore, we only did one remodel last year which required a roof and I know that homeowner and we had a great working relationship throughout the entire job! Even after the job we were in communication. He had an issue non related to our work and I helped him through that as well. I will end by saying our clients knows all of our work comes with a warranty and if there is ever an issue I am always a phone call away. No company can "Fix or resolve" any issue that they are not made aware of.

  Safetop was recommended by a neighbor. I am satisfied with the quality and professionalism they show in their work. Ive had two other roofers before and they did not do as good a job Chris did. I would recommend them any day. Thanks for the nice job on the siding and roof repairs! I wanted to update my review to reemphasize how much i appreciate Chris and Calvin. They are patient, understanding, and honest. Very very good people to talk to and work with. I would always recommend them. Thank you for always being professional and kind, respectful and honest. You should be very proud of the work you do!

  This is a great company to do business with! Calvin and Jamie were quick to respond and gave me a fair quote! Jamie did an excellent job and kept me informed all the time. I will definitely use them again in future and can recommend them to anyone!

  Chris came out, was very prompt and professional....he performed the repairs on my soffit panels and facia in a thorough and detailed manner. I definitely would recommend him for any home improvement work.

  I wish I could give this company more than 5stars! They are absolutely amazing! I had just purchased my home when a cable company came in and ruined my brand new flooring. I reached out to Safe Top roofing and repair to get a quote to turn into the damage department of the cable company. They responded within a few hours of submitting the request. They stayed on top of the company and advocated for us when the claim department did not want to pay or replace the floors. They are beyond professional! No matter what the situation maybe finding the flooring you want and/or working around your schedule they keep you updated every step of the way. It was pouring rain and cold the day of my floor install but the guys came out and did not complain. they even came out on a Saturday to work into my schedule! Unfortunately an error on my part shorted material by 1 box of flooring and the guys installing my floor took the time to find the flooring-unfortunately the flooring I wanted was in the process of being discontinued so finding it was a job within itself. However they found the 1 box needed close to 2 hours away and without hesitation they paused the install and went to get the flooring came back finished the floor and did an amazing job. They even cleaned up their mess leaving the floors fresh and clean! They went to the extent of offering to mop up the mud/water they brought in while bringing flooring in and out. I highly recommend using this company for any and all repairs for your home. They treat you and your home with outstanding respect. I will most definitely use them for any and all future repairs. They are on top of my recommendation list! Thank you Safe Top Roofing & Repair for everything.

  Very pleased with the level of customer service and the promptness taken in completing my repair. Several of my roof tiles had blown off during a storm, I called them on Saturday and they were at the house first thing Sunday morning to fix it for me. Their pricing is fair as well. I will definitely use this company in the future for any of my roofing needs!!
