  Wouldn’t do business with a company that has drivers who are so reckless and inconsiderate. The driver with the license plate 226 7XH, cut in front of my mom and I causing us to have avoid the accident ourselves and they never apologized or checked on us or anything.

  Terrible company, paid 15k. They were caught putting shingles over rotten wood. They killed all my plant from throwing stuff off the roof onto my plants. They put gutters on over rotten wood. Their workers were caught sleeping in my garage when they were suppose to be working. They ate their lunch and threw the garbage all over my lawn and left it. Now just a few yrs later all the tar of running into the front of my house. I'm sure there is still damage up there that they didn't fix. I wouldn't hire this company again to fix my dogs house.

  This roof was put on in 2019 and passed all county inspections. The homeowner has not reached out to us regarding issues at all. We have proof of rotten wood replacement. If you feel you need to reach out to us directly please call our office. We will be more than happy to address your concerns.

  So i work nights. At 5:45 in the morning I wake up to Latin music blaring and guys pounding away. I tried to call them but funny thing, they don't even open TIL 8am! So be prepared, especially if u work nights. They could care less how they wake u up and start ur day. I mean it was still dark outside!

  Unfortunately my experience was not positive. Jamie came out and gave me a reasonable quote very much in line with many other companies I received quotes from. I did my homework and educated myself on the process for a metal roof, I got several quotes, I went to look at completed jobs and remained on the premises while the work was being done. I was having a metal roof put on and was told a guy who specializes in metal would be on my property, After signing the contract, that's where the problems began. I was very specific about not having subcontractors on my property as well as not having anything on my drain field and specific dates I had available. The tear-off was on time but the actual installation was not even started until the date I needed it to be complete and rather than a specialized roofer I got two under age teenagers who had never roofed before up on my roof. The subcontractors drove a big heavy dump trailer onto the drain field and then the job was left untouched for a day and finally on the third day more experienced roofers came to complete the job. I felt like my smaller job was not worth their time or the professionals I was paying thousands of dollars to have do a job that is supposed to last for years. Instead of the peace of mind I thought I would have after going the extra expense for metal, I am left with the hope that my drainfield does not fail and that my roof was put on correctly. Terrible experience!

  They didn't bother to show up for a scheduled appointment. It was an appointment that my mother made with them and they told her they would show up this morning. She turned other companies away to meet with them and no one showed up or called.

  Not my property. I am a renter here at this place. But this is my garage , and this is how I found it after I got off work whilst there guys were working on the new roof all day while I was at work... maybe a tarp next time or a friendly reminder that a giant section off old roof and plywood scrap will be dropped down onto your garage floor...

  My parents are 92 and 93 had a rain and the roof is leaking and they said it would take a week or two to come look at it 🙉👎 found another company that will be out in 2 days

  A Top-Notch Experience with Signature Construction Through the Pasco County Community Development Program, I was fortunate to receive financial assistance to make much-needed improvements to my home. The goal was to replace outdated items, improve energy efficiency, and complete upgrades that would help maintain and enhance my home for years to come. I would especially like to recognize Miguel, the project manager, who was extremely attentive and dedicated to ensuring my satisfaction throughout the entire process. He was very organized and consistently communicated the project schedule in advance, which made everything run smoothly and stress-free. He was also very thoughtful in helping me select replacement household items, always making sure my preferences were considered and that I was happy with each choice. Signature Construction Commercial & Residential Contractor was the company that completed the work, and I could not be more pleased with my experience. From the beginning, their team was professional, knowledgeable, respectful, and genuinely committed to doing quality work. I am extremely grateful for the opportunity to improve my home through the Pasco County Community Development Program, and I am equally grateful that Signature Construction was there to make those improvements possible.   Fantastic costumer service, answered all my questions, reasonable rates and super good quality work. I must also mention I've never dealt with a company that the construction workers clean up so well after their service is complete. I would highly recommend S C Signature to anyone, especially for roofing and windows!

  The Project Manager ,Miguel Rodriguez, went above and beyond to be professional, communicative, and courteous during the entire remodeling process. If I had an issue or question, he addressed it promptly. Their contractors and subcontractors always went out of their way to make sure I was happy with their work.

  We had a small leak in our flat roof. I called several companies to try to get 3 estimates. Some don't answer their phones, some don't show up as scheduled. One company said they could not estimate it, they just wanted to do the job & bill time and materials, no idea how much it could cost. Signature Construction & roofing were very professional. They answered the phone, made an appointment and showed up on time. Kyle assessed the issue, explained the repair and promptly emailed an estimate. They scheduled repairs, showed up on time and fixed it. The price did not change, no additional problems were found. It was repaired as quoted and the y did a great job. Last nights rain was the true test, No leaks our roof is repaired!

  SC Signature Construction Marine Division exceeded my expectations building a new dock for me! From the on site estimate with Janine, to the build with Sonny and his team, this was absolutely one of the best experiences I have ever had with a contractor. Communication, knowledge, experience, scheduling and attention to detail was all fantastic. They showed up on time (earlier than expected actually), cleaned up behind themselves everyday and finished fast. Absolutely amazing! For anyone that is still trying to rebuild from a hurricane or if you just need a new dock, I highly recommend reaching out to them. The only issues I had were my own and I am pointing them out in case anyone else has the same tunnel vision I did. Think past the dock itself and talk to them ahead of time about what extras you may need. Railings, dock caps, cleats, etc. They were on my estimate and I was just so focused on the dock that I disregarded their suggestions stupidly. I have never had a dock built so you don’t know what you don’t know, but they do! Now I am kicking myself because I have to wait for materials and scheduling so they can do it for me. Again, this is completely on me, not them. I am definitely having them come back to do these things so that I have high quality marine grade items that will last and look as amazing as the dock they built for me. Highly recommend!

  Miguel did a great job in Putting my bathroom back together after my husband demo it and my sons finished the demo as my husband passed away before he could finish 😞 I was out of state and Miguel communicated with me and my neighbor sending pictures and calling me and FaceTime bathroom turned out great I couldn’t be happier Pricing !! Great customer service !! Number one in my book and number one employee !! I’ll be calling for flooring when I get back !!

  We needed a new roof, windows and doors. From the beginning Miguel made what could be a stressful project a worry free one. He always addressed any concerns we had, with patience and professionalism. He would always say - “I got you Ms. Pam, don’t worry “. My husband Tony can be really critical, but they also made him feel comfortable. That made us feel well taken care of. Also, the employees they used to do the job were very good at what they do and always cleaned up after themselves. They took the vision I had in my head and made it come to life with the awesome paint job they did. Thank you SC Signature and Miguel for a job well done.

  I've worked with Signature Construction on a number of projects and they do great work. Joe takes pride in his business and monitors the projects as they go on. If it isn't done right, he will ensure it gets done again and that the customer is happy. They are my "go to " choice for projects at my home.

  Sc signature recently painted my house and my parent’s house. They did an amazing job , everything looks absolutely flawless. Maddie and Jason did both houses and were very professional and top notch. I cannot recommend them enough, if you need any painting work definitely give them a call.

  We’re so excited to have Signature Construction install our new hurricane safe windows. Just got an update that they’ve been ordered ✅ I’m sure they’ll be installed in no time. We’re one step closer to having a safer home. 👍🏼 Sc crew completed our window installation! We are beyond pleased with the new windows, happy to have screens again 😅 they were very careful in our home with a toddler ,6 year old and dogs running around.
