  Be very careful with this contractor. I just had a roof done in New Port Richey and the bill came back at 50% higher than their estimate. The wood pricing was absolutely ridiculous. $6000 on Roof Repair with no approval on my end is not good business

  Thank you for taking the time to share your experience. We completely understand how frustrating unexpected costs can be, and we appreciate the chance to explain. We always try to mention multiple times that unfortunately wood replacement can’t be accurately estimated before removing the old roof, so it's never included in the contract — the damage often isn’t visible until we begin the tear-off. By law, and to pass county inspection, any damaged or deteriorated wood must be replaced to ensure your roof is safe and up to code set by Florida & Pasco County. We did provide a $500 discount to help offset the additional wood costs, as we understand it was a significant amount. Our goal is always to be transparent and fair while delivering a roof that will last and pass final inspection the first time. We hope you have a wonderful week and wish the circumstances were better regarding the damage of your roof.

  Your company did work on my neighbors home but I guess the clean up process isn’t apart of the job because you left every piece of material you could imagine scattered throughout in my yard from shingles, underlayment, cut metal, plastic, pieces of sheathing and nails. Do better.

  This company did not send me pictures before and after. They overcharged me for the work they did tomorrow in my opinion and after checking other roofing companies. To add insult to injury the secretary TINA, was very rude and unprofessional. I had a phone call pressuring me to give them the check for no reason when I had the check ready. She arrived at my house and then started spewing her distaste for what I had told her about the man pressuring me. I told her to leave and she wouldn't She was very aggressive. They had just finished the roof. She never heard the man's conversation yet at my home She was defending this man like her life depended on it and intended to upset me as I had just gotten out of the hospital. I told her to leave and she wouldn't She just kept talking about the man and how wonderful he was. It was pretty crazy to be honest. This is what she wrote "There was nothing unprofessional about me telling you that the gentleman that would've came to your home that was talking to you is a very nice man and you would've seen that, if you weren't accusing him of trying to intimidate you."So she accused me the customer of lying and then started yelling at me at my own home and I told her to leave and she would not She became verbally aggressive I said I had been in the hospital and I didn't need the stress and I handed her the check She did not give me a receipt that was proper. I asked for pictures before and after and they would not give them to me. After several attempts finally I did receive some pictures. This is a super unprofessional business and I would never recommend them. I don't believe I got what I paid for and then to be insulted instead of asking questions about the man that was forceful to collect the check when the job had just been done that day. I did not deserve the treatment after paying over $10,000 They did the minimal I'm not thrilled with the job. The man was not nice and I have the recording to prove it. She was lucky I didn't

  If I could give a zero star I would. This has been the absolute WORST customer service and experience I have EVER had. Starting with the beginning. Roy came to my home and gave me an estimate for my 300 sq ft. flat roof. His estimate came to $1,800 plus wood replacement. When I asked what the possible highest amount the wood replacement could cost he told me $150-$200 for the size of my flat roof. Totaling $2,000 for the highest. Roy did not let me know he was here, I found out by hearing him walk on my roof. (I work from home so I am always here). Then I call to schedule them to come out and replace my roof. My appointment was for 4/1 @ 8:30am. Alicia from their front desk, called me on 4/1 @ 8:47am to tell me they were not coming that day “due to weather” which the weather was beautiful. So we rescheduled for 4/3 @ 7:30am. On 4/2 @ 3:30pm Alicia called again to tell me the crew was 45minutes away, not making sure if it was okay with me or not, because they had a job too big on 4/3 to come then. So then the crew to drop off supplies gets here and drops it off in my driveway without letting me know. Then the crew to do the replacement shows up and I hear the thumping, finding out they were starting without letting me know, once again. The crew did not properly display the permit until I had to tell them too. They did not place my gutter back how it was found. Nor the wires on the outside of my home. The third crew came back on 4/3 to finish the job, they were actually pleasant and let me know they were here. BUT did not let me know when they were finished. I then get a call from Alicia to go over my total with me. The total came to $2,209.00. My issue with this was Roy as I meantioned told me $2,000 was my highest possible cost. I asked to speak with the manager, she had to call me back. Tina (the manager) called me back, starting with an attitude, told me she would reduce my price by a whopping $40. That was fine with me. I then asked if she could take my payment o

  We purchased a home that the pre of owner had Farrell do several repairs. Each time he had a leak, it was never that they didn't repair the same spot properly, it was a new leak, in the same spot. We found the repair that was just completed was still leaking during our home inspection. We wanted our own roofer to repair, but owner wanted Farrell to rectify it. so he paid them, a lot of money. They stated we would have a 90 day warranty, not 6 months written in their contract. So I called to have them honor their word and warranty. She said it isn't a warranty, only an estimate, they never did the repairs. Well the previous homeowner has a receipt that he paid them and they didn't do any work? Wow! How many other people do they scam and don't actually do the work? STAY AWAY AT ALL COSTS FROM THEM!!!!!

  Best roofing and AC company in the area. Farrell has worked on my two houses I’ve owned over the last 7 years. Roofs and AC. Very professional. Great experience though out. I will continue to use Farrell for any of my home improvements

Steve Farrell and team deliver prompt and quality service without dragging out the process ., feel my roof is storm ready to defend against next weather issues .. the team really know what they are doing .,, I hired them after they did my parents home ,, so glad I did ,especially after watching my neighbors roof get dragged out and a two man team ,that took them forever ., I now have the farrell Team replacing all my windows .. trusted team and they are locally owned .,not corporate , this team gives back to our community.

  Had a leak develop in the laundry room ceiling as well as leak in garage ceiling. Actual billing came in roughly 1/2 of estimate. Replaced roof vent for dryer. Took about an hour plus the cost of the vent. Found where initial installation of metal roof along garage roof line (hip) was missing flashing, which was really not even considered an issue when calculating the estimate. Installed / repaired the flashing. Total time on job was roughly 2.5 hours. 3 Guys did a great job. Responsive, courteous and professional. Will know results when hurricane season passes. I keep Farrell Roofing on speed dial. Highly recommend you do to.

  New roof! I am so impressed with the workmanship and the care they took of my house and all my tchotchkes. Not only has my roof been replaced, but they left my house in much better shape then when they came. The workers were wonderful. I was so pleased and I highly recommend them.
