  Roof repair not as discussed, remediation work still required. Flashing was discussed to be located behind cage gutter not in it as it was previously and is the cause of the problem

  I hired this company for a full roof replacement, including shingles and a back flat roof section. Unfortunately, the job was done poorly. Despite paying over $14,000, I’m now dealing with leaks on a brand-new roof. I’ve reached out multiple times, but I’ve been ignored. They have not stood by their work or provided any warranty support. As a hardworking family man, I would not recommend this company. No one should have to deal with a leaking roof right after a replacement.

  I don't ever leave bad reviews, but I feel obligated to leave one for this company. Buyer beware. If you have any roof warranty work needed good luck with getting someone out. We have been calling daily for weeks now. The people who answer the phone have no clue and act like they aren't aware of the issue. Hopefully this bad review will get someone to look into the issue. Very poor customer care.

  I had an appointment to have someone come out and replace broken tiles on my roof. An easy job because I had extra tiles. Bayside Roofing sent me an email confirmation, then they were a no-show! I called their office and was told they were "overbooked" but that the roofer would call me shortly, or they office would call me back. No call, no show! I have made repeated calls with none of my calls returned. I specifically let them know that this was an urgent situation as we were moving and closing on our house in two days. I never post a bad review. This, though, was highly disrespectful and unprofessional!

  If I was able to use no stars I would have! Seemed great on first call, scheduled for a week out. No follow up communication we had to call to verify. No show on day scheduled and no phone call. We had to follow up. Rescheduled and four guys came out and told us they had to go get a ladder (you don’t bring your equipment?). We had sent pictures of issue! Never came back and no phone call. We placed follow up call and we’re told they couldn’t do it. So now we have wasted a week! Don’t use them.

  I called this company and complained about this trailer being parked in front of my house all the time and they told me where to go. If this doesn't make them move it, I will contact the county next. It is illegal to park that trailer there. If the county comes out, they will be fined and the trailer will be towed away. It's not my concern this company has nowhere to keep their trailers. They also tried to harass me over the phone but I'm blocking them. Park it in your yard or your driveway but quit parking it on the street in front of my house.

  Bayside Roofing has been a great help checking my roof. However the service I had done by them was adding additional gutters and downspouts. The installers were excellent & the end result is such a help with the downpours we get. This is the only roofing company I feel confident working with. Great job and thanks Bayside Roofing.

  Pat and his team did a great job for us under trying weather conditions. They did a very professional job and accomplished exactly what they stated they were planning on doing. This isn't the first time we have contracted them to do work for us. We will continue to use them for our ongoing roof maintenance.

  My experience with Bayside Roofing was great from start to finish. They were prompt on the work and on the estimate. Pricing was fair. They were professional and courteous, from the office to the estimate and on the job. I'd not only recommend them to others, I'll use them again for my future needs.
