  They showed up unannounced at dusk last November to replace two sections of gutters. It quickly became pitch dark and they finished up around 8 PM. The next morning my wife noticed that the corner they joined was 6 inches or more lower than it was before. It was very noticeable. I do not think they took the time or maybe it was just too dark to see when they did the work. I also do not think they caulked the corner seams properly as they leak A LOT. I’ve called them 5 times to ask if they would please stop by and fix things. I’d always get the same excuse that I was out of their way and they didn’t normally work in Chillicothe but they’d try and fit me in It’s been 6 months and nothing has been done. This is probably a 30 minute fix but they’ve been paid and have not been responsible for fixing their mistakes. I’ve never had this problem with other home improvement services. Bottom line: I asked these people to come back and fix the gutter corner and they gave me the run around for 6 months. They are not interested in making things right a 30 minute fix.

  Richard, I have explained this to you on multiple occasions. We explained in depth how we thought it was a terrible idea to tie into your existing mitered corners for the chance that they may leak. It is near impossible to remove the caulking in the old miters and this leaves a chance for the new caulking to not seal properly when tying into the same miter. We do not tie into existing work for this very reason. Per our estimate, we explicitly stated that we do not guarantee any issues that may arise from tying into existing gutter systems, because we guarantee all of our work and CANNOT guarantee the mitered corners that the new gutter had to attach into. You needed all new gutters, but price being the issue we agreed to help replace your damaged gutter on a hip roof tied into an existing gutter under the basis that if it did not function properly we were not accountable. We would have gladly installed all new upper gutters, and if any issues arose we would have taken care of them promptly. Read our other reviews, we do not do poor work and we always fix any issues when it is our workmanship (hence the reasoning for not guaranteeing work that ties into gutters that other people installed). I do not see the need to leave a poor review, as we have gone over this issue with you time and time again. And also have texts saying that you understand what we said about not guaranteeing the work. Have a good day sir.

  This was our second experience having a home get the roofing redone. Our first time was back in California, the job was done but my goodness, the back and forth, delays, third party inspection/estimates and haggling was pretty harsh. This experience started out somewhat trying, but eventually all the paperwork, estimates, and an equitable consensus was finally agreed upon. All the back and forth was handled by the S&F Roofing company, which I was very grateful for.These guys are rock stars! They totally deserve the honor of being "The Roofing Contractor of the Year!" S&F Roofing sent an amazing team to do the job in just over a day the the job was done, the new roof looks absolutely amazing.The crew did an excellent job cleaning after themselves, it looks like they were never here. My wife and I love the look and soundness of the new roof. Highly recommend these guys, absolutely number one team!!!

  Hands down the best roofing company we have ever dealt with in 28 years in the Columbus area. Their team is honest, efficient and did great work on our roof that was damaged from high winds. Highly recommend. No need to call others in the area as others recommended a full roof replacement which was not the case for us and could be repaired. Saved us thousands of dollars.

  So grateful for S&F roofing. I noticed a leak prior to anticipated heavy rain. They showed up at my home the same day and were able to repair it ....no leaks at all when it rained all night. S&F is very knowledgeable and professional. Awesome team for sure.
