  I have a garage door that's acting up. I found these guys, good comments, and they probably do a good job when they show up. Unfortunately, that wasn't the case for me. I was told the tech would be at my house at 7pm. At a little after, I was told via text that he was finishing up a project with a friend and would let me know when he was on the way. At 8:45pm I texted him, asking for an update as to when he was arriving, because it was getting late. His response was cavalier and he asked if I was available the next day. When I gave a time in the morning, that wasn't good for him, let's do it later. All by text, not even the courtesy of a phone call, and I had to prod first to even get an update. It would have been far preferable if I had been told he wasn't available in the first place that evening. As it was, I wasted the entire evening waiting. A very unfortunate experience.

  This is hands down the dumbest thing I’ve ever read. You cancelled on me when I was virtually pulling in the driveway to fix it for free, then complained when after you cancelled during a storm I couldn’t make it when you felt it necessary to do you a solid. I hate that anyone has to deal with people like you. And I didn’t need to call you to relay a message, maybe don’t cancel on someone when they are on the way then complain about it later lol. Weirdo. People need a good laugh everyonce in awhile I guess.

  I'm so empress with the quality of work. And how the clean up went. I will highly recommend this company. Actually I have already have. With in 3 hours my 2 neighbor ask for the number. Not only that I got 3 estimates and they were $2000.less. I'm beyond happy.

  Joel is a great guy. I called him up after I had storm damage to my roof. He came out immediately, told me that it had significant damage, told me to go through my insurance and helped me through that process as well. He even came out during the insurance inspection. Joel is a solid guy, down to earth and NO BS. I definitely love the new roof I got and will be getting ahold of him again for more work.
