  Well it’s been several years, and Continental roofing has still not come out even though they sent people out multiple times to see the damage that they did on my gutters and replace the gutter topper. And I continue to have leaks around the fireplace that they redid twice And replaced the rotten wood that they covered over the first time I have a single steady drip when it rains that I can hear hitting the inside of my drywall in one of my bedrooms next to the fireplace. Carlos , Came out in less than 24 hours to review what issue I was having with my new roof. Edited original Post till further progress . After multiple time coming back to fix their own work I’m still not confident in the repair and redo’s from roofing over rotting wood and after sending people twice to review the damage the roofers did to gutters and gutter covers with promises to comeback a and repair - nothing - probably should have sued

  Continental Roof Company repaired my roof previously. The roof started leaking again in the same area as before. I immediately contacted Continental on February 9th, 2021. I understand there was snow on the roof and too dangerous to inspect at that time, but I had hoped once the snow melted they would go and check out the work they previously did and find out why the roof is leaking again. From 2/9 - 3/2 - 3 weeks I called the office 7 times, and kept getting excuse after excuse. Long story short - no one ever went out, returned my phone calls, and basically blew me off. In the meantime the rain is coming in my foyer and every day this is not resolved it causes more damage. Continental Roof Company obviously did not repair the roof properly and certainly does not stand behind their work. I definitely would not recommend them and would give them zero stars. In response to your response - When I had called for the 5th time I was told that someone did go out there, but there was another roofing companies truck there. Not sure how I can make this more clear - we did not contact any other roofing company and the truck you saw must have been for another house. As far as not showing you ever did the work - I also informed Becky that I am happy to get a copy of check #1405 in the amount of $2,000.00 that was paid to Continental Roofing for this property. "We can't be held responsible for everything that goes wrong with a roof that someone else installed". Completely agree. The only thing we had asked is you be accountable for the $2,000.00 work you did for the repair. Let me make this clear - not once did we ask for any repair work to be at no charge. Had you actually gone there and saw what needed to be done to stop the leak and felt the new leak had nothing to do with the previous leak and the repairs you made, than you most certainly could have billed for the 2nd repair. It would just be a coincidence that the leak in the foyer is in the same place as last ti

  My apologies for not making this anymore clearer. First & Foremost, our rep DID go to the property on the day of the set appt. There was a gentleman and truck from another roofing company there. Since we Do Not show a record of having done anything on the property (We show that we looked at a repair nearly 2 years ago, but never did anything) and we saw the other roofer, we assumed you found someone else to repair it, and I simply left. If it was a repair that you insist we did, there is a 1 year warranty on any and all our repairs. It's been nearly 2 years since. We did not build your house and we did not roof your house. We can't be held responsible for everything that goes wrong with a roof that someone else installed. When was the repair supposedly done? We do not show any money having been taken in...how did you pay for it. We hoped that you would have provided us with a paid invoice/canceled check for the repair before writing this review. We do not have a record of ever doing a repair on that property and you yet have not provided is with proof that we did, that you paid for it and/or that it was less than a year ago. UPDATE AS OF 3/15/2021 this person has still not submitted a paid receipt, signed contract or cashed check copy proving that we've ever done any work on this property. We believe she has us confused for another company. In several communications, we asked for proof of payment for any work she purports we performed . She has failed to do so. Update 3/26/02021 reported this review to Google but they won't remove it, despite the lack of any proof to what the reviewer has posted.

  We just had Continental Roofing replace our entire roof. They did a fantastic job and they were really great to work with! This is the second time we have used them and I would highly recommend highly recommend

  After being in search for a quality company for roof and gutter replacement, I heard of Carlos and his company through a neighbor's referral. Without a doubt, this was a 6/5 star experience. Quote-wise: Competitively priced without any compromise in quality of items. Very easy to communicate with and flexible with our specific needs. Carlos performed a thorough review of our roof and was upfront on specific things that would need to be replaced (e.g. rotten roof sheathing). There were no hidden costs. Workmanship-wise: The crew, overseen by Gabi who is also fantastic, came as scheduled, efficiently completed the roof replacement, and left at an appropriate time the same day with little-to-no residue left. What truly made this a 6 star experience however was the willingness of the team to correct unexpected hiccups. For a big project as replacing a roof and gutter replacement on our old house, it was unsurprising that some minor issues arose (e.g. rotten fascia board). Carlos and Gabi personally inspected the quality of the finished product, and was in communication with me well-after completion of the project to fix any and all issues. We were very pleased with the finished product and the team we worked with.

  I've worked with other roofers in the past and Jason Dimac, Thomas and Carlos at Continental Roofing are the only people I would trust on our roof. They are professional, courteous, and prompt. If something can be repaired, saving you money by avoiding insurance premium hikes, they'll let you know. Other places just want to go after the entire insurance job first. They were super helpful in repairing our leaking roof at our new home, and I feel very confident recommending them for any job.

  Continental Roofing team did a fantastic job - very clean and efficient. They arrived when they said they would and worked the entire time. They were very polite and willing to explain and answer any questions. The estimate Carlos gave was very fair. I would highly recommend them to anyone.

  Carlos and the team at Continental Roofing provide the absolute best value around. They fixed my relatively minor problem with the same level of professionalism as if I'd spent 10's of thousands of dollars. I'll go to them FIRST with any issue with siding or roofing. Thanks, Carlos!

  Troy with Continental Roofing was awesome to work with. He worked for 8 months to finally get our insurance to cover our new roof. He did not give up and we really appreciated how hard he worked to get this done for us. Our insurance is not easy to work with but he got it done. Professional crew replaced our roof and barn roof in 3 days and did a great job! Couldn’t be happier!! Highly recommend this company! Dale & Kim Felty
