  On the day of our meeting we were told by the advisor Scott Watson that we would receive a quote by the end of that evening or the next day at the very latest. That was 11 days ago. We will be looking elsewhere for a company that is good on their word to perform the job we were looking to hire you for.

  I had some damage to my poll barn roof by a contractor and roof x came out quickly and quoted the job in February. The contractor decided to go through insurance and so I wrote to get an updated quote to send to the insurance company. I called my expert and a week and a half later got an email that he was out on vacation, I gave him my number to call and didn’t hear back. I called the office on multiple occasions and called the guy who did our quote and no call back. They lost my business and it this job was a sure thing. I’m disappointed with the ratings they have that they couldn’t just return my call.

  Nice people but.$500.00 to replace a $12.99 3” roof vent flange? REALLY? Bought one at Ace hardware and in exactly twenty minutes I was finished installing it !!

  Roofx did a wonderful job. Stuart the sales rep was very good and Matt Brown and the crew were superior. Excellent work and they were courteous and polite. Highly recommended!

  Had a good experience with RoofX. They did out gutters and roof in a timely manner. We the roof and gutters look great and added to our home. When we had any issues they were fixed.

  I had my standing seam roof installed almost two months ago by RoofX. The entire process from consultation to the final inspection went perfectly. There was not a single glitch. Stuart O’Neill, who was my contact throughout the entire process was excellent. My shingle roof was damaged by the March 13th windstorm. I researched companies with very good customer reviews and RoofX came out on top for me. I contacted them and Stuart was out within a few days. He did a thorough inspection of the roof. He offered an estimate for a repair and a whole replacement. My husband and I decided, due to the age of our roof, to replace it with a standing metal roof, which we have wanted for years. The installation took 4 days which included the extra day to install new gutters. Everyone was incredibly professional and friendly. And I really appreciated the Mennonite craftsmanship. The result of the roof as actually better than I expected. Not only does it look like solid construction, but I actually have a beautiful metal roof. I have received so many compliments since the completion of the installation. My subdivision is the first house with a metal roof so it really stands out. I highly recommend RoofX if you want to have your roof repaired or replaced.

  Kept agreed on price and installation time. Called several times after installation to ask about satisfaction with job and quickly replaced a scratched skylight. They prided themselves on clean up and they left nothing for me to pick up (old roof was removed) except a few nails. .

  We had roof and siding damage due to baseball size hail. Working with Roofx made the process easier as they helped in working with our insurance company. Their crews were fast and professional and made sure the area was completely cleaned before they left. We would highly recommend Roofx for roofing, siding and gutter work.
