After a recent strong storm in Orient, high winds tore off my chimney cap and spark arrestor and dropped them into my backyard. I called around to several roofers, but most were backed up after the storm and could not come out quickly to inspect the roof damage and fix it. A relative then pointed me to a local roofing service, and when I called, I spoke with Nolan, who was friendly, helpful, and clearly knew roofing work well. After we talked through the problem, Nolan said he would stop by as soon as he could. He arrived within a few hours, checked the chimney and surrounding roof area, explained the damage in simple terms, and recommended the right repair. He then arranged for a custom chimney cap and spark arrestor so everything would fit properly and protect the home. The roofing crew that handled the installation was polite, professional, and efficient. They did excellent work, cleaned up all debris, and made sure the area around the chimney and roof was left neat. Throughout the whole process, Nolan kept me updated, which gave me a lot of confidence. I am very happy with the service and would strongly recommend them to anyone in Orient who needs honest, dependable roofing help after storm damage or chimney roof repairs.

I chose this local roofing team because they could handle everything I needed at a fair price. They completed major cedar siding repair by replacing a large number of boards, installed a new roof, put on new gutters, and took care of the exterior painting for the whole house. I waited a good while before writing this so I could see how the workmanship held up, and the results are still excellent. Braden was honest, easy to work with, and straightforward through the whole process. He explained the roofing and exterior options clearly, never pushed extra work, and kept communication strong from start to finish. The crew paid close attention to detail on the roof system, gutter work, and siding repairs, and everything came together clean and professional. What really stood out was the follow-up after the job was done. That extra check showed real care for customer satisfaction and confidence in their workmanship. It was a great experience overall, and I would gladly use them again and recommend them to friends and family in Orient.

We needed a new roof, soffit, and fascia, and also had to line it up with some other exterior work. After talking with several roofing contractors, we chose this team because they were professional, easy to reach, and made us feel involved through the whole roofing process. John always replied quickly, checked in often, and made sure all our questions were answered. The crew was focused, hardworking, and very respectful. They handled the roof replacement with real skill, kept the job site clean at the end of each day, and finished everything neatly. They also helped the timing go smoothly with the other outside work, which made the whole project much less stressful. The new roof, soffit, and fascia look great, and the workmanship really stands out. If you want a reliable roofing company with strong customer service and quality results, this is a great choice.

Very satisfied with the roofing service. They replaced the roof on our home and did an excellent job from tear-off to final cleanup. Their attention to detail with custom-fit soldered metal flashing, quality underlayment, and proper roof weatherproofing really stood out. They also found and correctly fixed two long-term water intrusion issues that had been causing trouble for quite a while. braden's knowledge of roofing and protecting a home from rain, wind, and seasonal ohio weather is top notch, and the materials he uses are high quality. he does not cut corners or rely on quick patchwork. the crew was neat, respectful, and kept the jobsite clean at the end of each day. i also appreciated how clearly the work was explained and how carefully everything was done to help the roof last. overall, a very professional and dependable roofer.

They worked on our home more than once, first handling damaged siding and later taking care of rotten wood repairs, new gutters, and leaf guard protection around the full roofline. Each roofing and exterior project was completed with excellent workmanship, and the crew was professional, respectful, and skilled throughout the job. Geoffrey did a great job planning the work, keeping everything organized, and making sure the installation was done the right way. We appreciated the clear communication, careful cleanup, and attention to detail from start to finish. Our trust in this roofing and gutter team has been well earned, and we would gladly hire them again for future roof and exterior needs.

i met Nolan, a project manager, through one of my tenants and asked if she could check my roof because weeds were pushing through the soffits. after Nolan inspected the roofing and soffit area, she suggested that i file a claim through my homeowners insurance. from that point on, Nolan explained every step of the roofing process from start to finish and kept everything clear and easy to follow. i helped connect Nolan with my insurance adjuster, and she handled the rest of the job smoothly. the whole experience was organized and stress-free, with good communication, solid roof inspection work, and professional support throughout the claim and installation. now i have a new roof, repaired soffits, and i could not be happier with the results.

A strong storm was moving in, and i really needed fast help with a gutter and flashing problem on my two-story roof that was starting to let water in. I called for roofing service, explained the issue, and they had someone out in about an hour. nolan and john walked me through the problem clearly, checked the roof area carefully, and got right to work fixing it. They handled the repair with skill and made sure the gutter and flashing were sealed the right way to stop further water damage. The price was very fair, and i felt they did an excellent job. This was my second time using them, and i can understand why their roofing reviews are so strong. braden also followed up to make sure everything was taken care of properly.
