  Deny yet have no idea where. Good one. Yet you had signs up. 100% definitely don’t hire this company. Endless broken promises, no-show after no-show. Then they just sub it out to some company called SMC who is clearly not equipped to handle a commercial/community center building. A job that should’ve been 3 to 5 days. Maximum is now entering week three after several weeks of them no-showing. At this point I believe we are on week seven from the promised start date.

  I have an issue with a small part of my roof. I am having problems with my HOA so I'm trying to get a second opinion. I called Ryman Roofing and they took my information and said they would call me but I never got a call. I am leaving this same review on every roofer who has done this to me. I even offered to pay for the estimate because I know the HOA probably won't let them do any fixing and I want to pay the roofer for their time as it's only right. I am leaving this same review on every roofing company who is doing this to me. I am keeping a list of companies and tracking their callback. Once I find one that cares enough about the little jobs, I'll leave a good review so read my other reviews if you want to find a dependable roofer (haven't found one yet but, so far, two have not called me back after a week). My mentality is, if companies like this can't help us with little jobs, they sure as hell shouldn't get our business when we have a big job.

  I purchased a roof and gutters through Lowe's and they contracted Ryman to install them. The gutters are holding up fine, but the roof is now around 6 years old and it's already leaking. I called Lowe's in Clearwater who referred me to Ryman. I called Ryman who referred me back to Lowe's. Lowe's referred me again 😡back to Ryman because" they are the installers so therefore they should repair the leak". In the meantime the watermarks on my front hall ceiling are looking worse everytime it rains. The roof cost ( without the gutters) was $8500.00. which is a costly expense for anyone including a senior citizen. Like any customer, all I ask for is fair treatment instead of going through the proverbial run around between Lowe's and Ryman Roofing.

  Edited to add: Our office has spoken to Ms. Wright and cleared up any confusion as listed below. Thank you for your understanding and time, Alyssa! Ms. Wright, I received the information on your project this morning and wanted to follow up with you. Ryman Roofing received a request for a remeasure on your project on Friday, 7/17 at 1:47pm from Lowes. It is important to note that this is to accurately measure your project to project costs, and it is NOT a work order. Upon receiving the Work Order on July 31, which is our go-ahead for work, Lowes was notified, in writing, that the work was very unlikely to be completed before the end of August. We currently had 54 jobs scheduled, and your project was 51/54. In these circumstances, it is appropriate for the Customer or Lowes to select another vendor to complete the work if it does not fall within a customer's timeline. We are very clear with our scheduling and all PSE's are able to see how far out we are booked in their portal. We are also in the heaviest rain period of the year and fully anticipate weather delays in that schedule. Ensuring our Teams go home safely to their Families is a priority and we will NOT allow them to work in hazardous weather. We understand this can create further delays, and that is something we are more than willing to accept. Unfortunately, we cannot delay 50 other customers to meet the schedule of one - nor would we feel right in doing so. We are very up front in our scheduling in order to maintain fairness and attend to customers in the order in which their contracts are received. We do not believe in delaying a customer simply because another customer requests or demands something to be done faster. With regard to your downspout: Your original WO indicated 5 downspouts were to be replaced, which is what occurred. A WO is a contract and we perform work based off that contract.   Get a contract and then no customer contact. Got my metal roof done. The roofers did a great job. Paid the company in full. The company promised to finish one rivet that is quite obviously missing. I was told it would be fixed on Monday, hello it is Thursday night. Friday morning. The last rivet went in. Done with Ryman Roofing. Your roofer guys are great.

  Updated on 1/11/19 Will revise review upon completion of repair. September, 2017 Contacted Ryman Roofing because of a roof leak. Sales person was courteous and professional. Quote was more expensive than 2 others (~$2400 vs ~$1375), but was explained to me that they were quoting it higher to "do the job right". Decided to go with Ryman Roofing. January, 2018 Leak appeared in the same spot as before. Production manager was dispatched (nice and courteous) and I was told that more repairs were needed. Was charged for materials. Early December, 2018 Leak appeared in the same spot as before. Reached out to production manager and office staff. They came back out and performed another repair. Late December, 2018 Leak appeared in the same spot as before. Was told by production manager that a crew would come out on December 31st to perform repair and water test, but nobody came out. Reached back out to production manager and office staff. January, 2019 Leak still not fixed, waiting for response from Ryman construction on when someone will come out to fix and water test the leak. January 11, 2019 Leak still not fixed. Ryman construction did not call me on Wednesday (1/9/19) as they said they would with a date to have the repair performed. I have followed up again leaving a voicemail and was told the production manager is not out of town. I requested a date when the repair will be completed with the receptionist who answered the call.

  Prompt, professional, and courteous roofers replaced our new roof in March of 2025. No nails were left in our driveway or yard and there was no garbage or trash left behind when the job was done. Excellent customer service Prompt response whenever I have called for an issue. For example, there was one time I called and questioned about a repair that was done, and an employee was up here within the next business day to inspect and repair / replace the problem. Here is where the excellent customer service comes on, the issue was not the company's responsibility, yet it was repaired promptly at no cost to us.

  Our roof was going on 20 years and had shingles missing from hurricanes in 2024, we called and got a new roof installed. Now we are better equipped for any storms. Daniel and the whole team, the office and Mr Ryman made sure everything went smoothly and that we were happy and within our budget. They were fair and honest. Our house and garage look amazing.   I had the best crew do my re-roof. Plus Daniel (estimator) stayed in constant contact throughout the job. The crew was pleasant and wasted no movement throughout the job. Would highly recommend Ryman.

  We had Ryman roofing install a a new roof after the hurricanes of 2024 and are extremely happy we did. They got the roof done quickly and professionally. We haven't had any problems!! Now, we are going to have Ryman build another roof for our new home. It's nice working with a local company that's been in business for decades in the Tampa area. They are my go to for any roofing needs!
