This company has provided the worst customer service I have ever experienced. The rude foul mouthed secretary is not interested in helping their clients and is only concerned with selling roofs. Buyer beware.

Had my roof replaced on 12/12/2018 by Quality Roofing on 16th Street in Zephyrhills and since that I have had water leak stains and mold as a result of poor work. I am 80 years old and in no position to pay someone to fix the damage this roof installation has caused. I have made numerous calls, emails with pictures of the damage and the only response I have received was one day Mike came down with a can of white spray concealing paint, a piece of cardboard got up on one of my dining room chairs and and covered up some of the mold on my ceiling with the spay paint. I guess he thought that would fix my problem. Wrong. Not a professional way to do business. The last conversation with Mike Stephens of Quality Roofing on 16th Street in Zephyrhills about six months ago was "I'm not going to argue with you, Sally" His company is supposed to be licensed, bonded and guaranteed. I want the damage that this roof installation has caused and the roof replaced because the water leak stains and mold are in six rooms in my mobile home. I can not live with mold and a new leaking roof installation

Quality roofing really came through for me. I called a couple of places and they were the first ones to return my call and show up in person. It was an emergency situation because my dad‘s roof was leaking and they were able to finish the job within a week of that first phone call. I felt that they gave me fair options with choices about what to do and what kind of roofing to choose with a competitive price. It’s a family run business and they were all super professional and very personable. Great experience overall.

Chris and his dad are awesome. They’re super fast, very knowledgeable, reasonable, and cleaned up everything when they were done. We decided on TPO on our Florida room. The difference in temperature was incredible. We couldn’t be happier …

Finding a roofing contractor is not fun. Save yourself a lot of time and aggravation and just go with Quality Roofing. I could not be more pleased. They are super to work with (Gina and Mike). Their top reviews are not an accident. And I doubt whether you will find better pricing. I live in a large complex and word of mouth goes a long way. People here are very satisfied with their work. I don't usually do reviews, but I thought this was necessary.

I've been dealing with my HOA and a roof issue for 10 months, since Milton. Long story. However, I have been ignored by other roofers I called and you can read my review history to get the full story but each one I called never called me back. Quality Roofing did and they came out the next day. I told them the situation, they knew they probably weren't going to get work out of it (it was more for a second opinion so I can get my HOA to take action) and I offered to at least pay for the estimate but they said no. They took pictures, spent time to tell me what's going on, and it's a family shop. If I or any of my family/friends need a roofer, this place will be the only one I refer. I'd give 10 stars if I could and they didn't even do any paid work for me. It's very nice to finally find a place like this (roofer, construction, etc.) that doesn't ignore the little problems for the sake of just wanting big, profitable work. Please at least give them a chance if you have roofing needs. We have to support those who support the regular people, not those who support big jobs for big profits.

Giant limb fell through my roof during hurricane Milton; they came the next day to remove limbs and tarp all the holes. Before anyone else with damage had done anything, they started our new roof! Great job, Highly recommended!!!!

Had about 8 different roofing contractors give me estimates on our roof. Tried all the well known companies with all the nice fancy trucks and the T.V. ads but they were far to pricey for our budget. Some were all close in prices and some were a couple thousand dollars more. After so many estimates it was getting very disappointing. How can we afford a new roof at the ridiculous prices. So we decided to try some small family owned roofing contractors and it was like they were God sent. We called Quality Roofing in Zephyrhills. Mike and his wife showed up Mike inspected our roof and gave us the best and most honest estimate for the roof job. Which also included the roof over our linai. 3 very nice and friendly young men took two days in the very hot and humid weather and got the roof completed safely and efficiently. Everything was cleaned up and back to normal and now we have a great roof. If you want an honest estimate and honest contractor for your roof at very reasonable prices give Quality Roofing a call you won't regret it. Thanks Quality Roofing for your professionalism and courteous employees.

Michael with Quality Roofing did a great job in one day of replacing old worn shingles and repairing a rotted moisture area over the garage. Just as told the job was completed on time and the pricing was very fair. We highly recommend Quality Roofing for all your roofing needs.

Great service, quote was quick and they were able to do roofs over Florida room and screened in porch. And true to what they said, it has made a difference in the inside temperature of both areas. Thank you. I referred my bil to them and came quickly and it was a job my bil could do himself, gave guidance and did not try to upset. My bil was pleased.

Quality Roofing went above and beyond what I expected. My Mom lives in a Zephyrhills Trailer Park. Micheal and Jeanna quickly provided us with a quote and installed a new Rubber Roof over her Florida Room. Thanks Quality Roofing for a job well done.
