Personally, wish I’d gone with a different roofing company. The process was a nightmare. Was told two week lead time and it took four weeks before they showed to install. Then they managed to install the wrong trim on gable ends, the wrong …

Just shy of 1 year with not paying me the dumpster contractor after contacting many times. Would avoid!

After signing a formal agreement with this business, they abruptly backed out of the contract . This caused significant disruption to my schedule and trust. All terms were clearly discussed and agreed upon in writing. Despite repeated attempts to resolve the issue amicably, they failed to honor their commitment. I’ve attached the relevant chat communications as proof of the signed agreement and their subsequent breach. Please be cautious before entering into any agreements with them. Lack of professionalism and accountability was unfortunately my experience.

Avoid. A guy came to give me a quote - timtheroofingguy@gmail.com - on behalf of Best Value Roofing. And fell off the roof and damaged both my car, garage door, and some other items I had. Instead of coming in and being up front about it, the guy didn’t say anything and just left after promising a quote. Weeks went by with no estimates and I had to confront the roofer as to why he left without telling me that he damaged my property. I provided multiple estimates to the roofer but have never been compensated even after acknowledging receipt of repair receipts. Shameful.

I had the misfortune of dealing with Raymond Weier a couple of years back. My roof shows bare wood- has leeked- anddRay Weier moved to Florida. The name of the company NOW it’s - changed-is Liquid Roofing and construction. A strange name indeed Fo all the destruction Left in the wake of Mr .Weier. I have had numerous men out to try and fix my less than 3 year old peeking bare wood roof I have been told.. Ray duped them too. BE WARE Ps I had to call the Sheriff out because my security camera disappeared while The guys who woul knock on my door and ask ME. What they were supposed to do- were there!!

** Beware**I had a leak in my roof as well as water coming in from a window. Ray from Liquid Roofing came out and did an inspection and gave me a quote. After having other companies come out for the same, I emailed Ray that I would like to go ahead with the repair. Didn’t hear anything so I sent a follow up message and still nothing. One morning as I’m leaving, there’s this guy coming to get on my roof. Didn’t knock on my door or anything. I stopped him and we chatted for a few minutes while he told me who he was (I forgot his name), why he was there and apologized that nobody called me in advance. I let him do the “repair” (silly me). I had some emergency issues come up with my family (deaths and other health issues) and didn’t follow up on an invoice or anything. The next hard rain we got after the “repair” my roof was still leaking and then 2 more much bigger spots started leaking in a different area my house. I started shopping around for roof repair/replacement but I knew I didn’t want this company back at my home. I get a phone call from Ray one morning about payment. Said he previously emailed invoices that I never received. I let Ray said what he needed to say and then I let him know about the issue I was having and that I didn’t want him or anyone from his company back at my home. Before I could get anything else out, he immediately got defensive and started overtalking me about payment. I hung up as I do not allow anyone to speak to me in a derogatory manner. He then sends a text message telling me that they will place a lien against my property. Via text I let him know my stance and that I was collecting proof of the shoddy work and additional damage to my roof. He remained very argumentative so I stopped responding. Once I got pictures of the “repair” I sent them to him so he could see the missing nails/screws and how the boot that was “fixed” was raised about an inch or so from the roof. After that I haven’t heard a peep. I did screenshot the messages a

We hired Ray with Liquid Roofing to replace the vinyl siding, trim, soffit, fascia, gutters, and 2 windows on our house in Zephyrhills, FL. We signed our contract on 4/21/23 and as of today, 7/14/23, the job is still not complete. We specifically chose Liquid Roofing for the following reasons: 1) We were told that the work would not be subcontracted out and it would all be done by Liquid Roofing employees (this was extremely important to us, because we had just backed out with another siding company for lying to us about not subcontracting their work out). 2) We were told that Ray was “meticulous” with siding jobs, and they had excellent Google reviews, which gave us confidence that their work would be quality and worth the price we were quoted. 3) They are a Zephyrhills-based company and we wanted to support local business. Our experience with Ray and Liquid Roofing has been incredibly disappointing. First and foremost, the communication has been horrendous. Ray has been virtually nonexistent on this job. I have lost count of how many times he has told us that he will be on site and then not shown up or has shown up late. I have had to serve as a project manager throughout the course of this job, which has taken considerable time away from my actual full-time job. Liquid Roofing employees who weren’t skilled and/or confident in this type of work were sent to perform work unsupervised, and the quality of their work was largely subpar. Despite being told that they don’t subcontract work out, a subcontractor was indeed brought in, which created a slew of new problems and complications. The windows that were ordered were completely wrong sizes, so we had to abandon that portion of the job. We have a very low roofline at the front of our house, as well as an outswing front door, and we have had multiple issues with soffit/fascia not being installed in a manner that would allow for our front door to open. This has also been an issue with the clearance for our single

Contract was signed on 2/1/2023 for new siding, door replacements, and new windows. Start date was 3/7/2023 with quoted lead time of 1 week. As of 5/15/2023 the job has not been completed! The front door installation and trim out has not been completed (see photo). The back door installation has larger than expected gaps. (See photo). The facia on the front of the house has a gap between panels which is not acceptable (see photo). The access panels / doors are not a good fit - large gaps (see photos). The two different crews involved in the installations seemed to be lacking in experience for the required jobs.

We had a good experience with this company. We lost our roof, carport & our ceiling was dropping from hurricane Milton. Things were slow mostly due to back order of materials. Definitely worth the wait as it turned out great!!

Had a couple soffit pieces that flew off during Milton up on the second floor that I couldn’t get to myself. Guys came out within a few days and fixed it up.

I really appreciate the prompt quote but there is still some work that needs to fixed and finished. I’ve had more than enough neighbors have work done by them and we are having the same issues

Ray came out and was very respectful and gave me a great quote. As a single woman I was nervous picking the right company but I went with my gut and so glad I did. The team came out and did my roof in one day. The crew was very nice and did a great job. They stayed in contact before and after the project and did not have to pay until the inspection was done. I would recommend them 100%

The Co. I was reviewing is Liquid Roofing and construction in Zephyrhills, Florida, not Best Value.!! No clue how the name changed. The day I called, they were out and covered area affected by the hurricane and tropical storm. As soon as materials came in, the roof was fixed!!!! With so many homes affected by storms this company was amazing with reaction time in helping home owners with affordable help!!!! This is an update:: again, awesome company!!! Stands directly behind their guarantee. Had a small leak where they had repaired storm damage months ago. They were there the next day… on a major holiday weekend and fixed it. Awesome customer service!!!

I don’t normally leave reviews however, this time I couldn’t resist. What a great experience, the communication was great, everyone was very professional and friendly. The pricing was competitive and the job was completed over a week early! I’ve already asked for estimates on other projects, definitely will use them in the future!
