  Matt called and scheduled an appt on 6/16 to come and give us an estimate for our roof. He was not friendly on the call and never showed up for the appt. I guess my time is not important. I would never consider a company like this!!

  We hired this roofer, in good faith, to install a new roof on our 26-year old manufactured home, in August 2017. We had recently bought the home, and were prompted by both a pre-purchase inspection report by an engineer, and some minimal leakage. Bartlett came out and recommended a TPO, or Rubberized roof, which was installed over our existing roof. We had three skylights, which he said we're fine, they only had to be reset. They completed the job in half a day, and clean up was good. I paid in full. We got a LIFETIME GUARANTEE! The skylights had never leaked before, but he had to come back on two of them three or four times. The next time, he had sold the company, and the new owner said that he would not honor the warranty. After some heated discussion, he sent a worker to do the repair. The next time it rained, it leaked. We had to hire a handyman for interim repairs. Finally we had to get everything torn off, and a new roof installed, including 18 new sheets of plywood. We had an Engineer, the Insurance Adjuster, and two Roofers tell us that, not only the skylights, but all the vents had been sealed improperly. Additionally, a TPO roof should NOT have been installed over the roof on our manufactured home. Finally, we don't recall any permits or inspection. What a mess! What stress!

  Best Customer Service! This company stands behind their work even after then job is completed. Matt responded to my text in minutes & came to our address immediately. This company is highly recommend by me.

  We called Bartlett Roofing and Matt very promptly was the person I dealt with and he was very helpful to us with the replacement of our roof and very knowledgeable about what needed to be done.We are so pleased with both him and his crew,they were finished ln 2 days and our home is safe and sound again.

  Bartlett Roofing did an amazing job on our roof sealing and skylight replacement on our place in zephyrhills. Matt was very friendly and professional to deal with. Matt took the time to explain the entire process and different options available to us. Their pricing was very fair. We live in Michigan and they made it very easy to work with them even though we were so far away while The Work was being done. He sent us pictures when the work was complete. I will definitely use them again in the future and recommend them to anyone in our park. They also did my neighbors roof last year and came highly recommended. They did an excellent job on my neighbors roof as well.

  These guys are amazing and fast. Always willing to come out quickly and get the work done correctly and in a timely manner. Matt got me an estimate within a day and they were out immediately after to complete the work. It’s so hard to find a company like this anymore. I would highly recommend using them.

  5+ STARS what a great company to work with. Great communication and transparent about everything they do. New roof on our home and screens for the gutters. Needed some woodwork done and some rafter repairs. Pictures before and after the work was completed. Even had some custom metal work done around the fireplace chimney. Work was done on time as promised, work site cleaned up can’t even tell they were there with the exception of a wonderful new and safe roof for our home. Highly recommended and appreciated. You cannot go wrong when you hired this company. More companies need to be like this.

  They were out quickly to get an estimate done, and had the re-roofing scheduled within the week. The project took 2 days, starting from around 7:30am-6pm. The final price was close to what was quoted (boards and plywood are not included in the initial estimate, since they can't see the damage until they've removed the shingles, but their prices for both are much cheaper than other roofing competitors in the area). They laid tarps down to catch nails, and did a magnet sweep when they were done. Very pleased with the work and would recommend them.

  I have an issue with a small part of my roof. I am having problems with my HOA so I'm trying to get a second opinion. I called A Barlett and they took my information and said they would call me but I never got a call. I am leaving this same review on every roofer who has done this to me. I even offered to pay for the estimate because I know the HOA probably won't let them do any fixing and I want to pay the roofer for their time as it's only right. I am leaving this same review on every roofing company who is doing this to me. I am keeping a list of companies and tracking their callback. Once I find one that cares enough about the little jobs, I'll leave a good review so read my other reviews if you want to find a dependable roofer (haven't found one yet but, so far, two have not called me back after a week). My mentality is, if companies like this can't help us with little jobs, they sure as hell shouldn't get our business when we have a big job. Edit: An hour or so after leaving this comment, they reached out. I have already found roofers who just came out so I don't need their services anymore. However, I changed it from a 1 star to a 3 star to acknowledge and thank them for at least keeping tabs on their reviews and wanting to make things right when there was a wrong.

Anyone can make mistakes, but we will make sure this one isn't made again. If you ever need help with your roof in the future, please give us another shot. We never shy away from small jobs or repairs.

  Cody, with A. Bartlett came out, assessed my damage from Hurricane Milton and gave me an estimate. In a timely fashion the guys were here and started their work. In less than 3 days they were done and what a great job! A lot of the neighbourhood came over to tell me how meticulously they worked how lovely the roof is LOL, and then I sure got a fine roofing company to Replace it for me. I couldn’t be happier with the job A Bartlett Roofing company did for me. I would recommend them highly to anyone who wants quality work at a comparable price to others.
