  Just tried to call for an estimate phone was answered by rude female.... Was looking for roof estimate for 2 houses...I guess I will take my business elsewhere

  Requested quote on a repair/replacement (facia and or siding-) was told they are not doing repairs. Therefore should not advertise for something you’re not no longer doig.

  Beware! Had a roof put on by these guys a couple years ago. I've had some issues where they didn't replace the wood where I had leaks and the wood is soft. Also a spot around the vent pipe that's missing a chunk of wood where you could see they just added a bunch of tar and a section where a couple shingles peeled up on the edge. I called 9 months ago and they sent the guy out to check any issues. Their own repair guy said all of it should have been replaced even the bad spots. Since then I've talked to the owner Stan Pratt five or six times who reassured me that they would come out and take care of it but never have every time I call back I have to tell them again the whole story because they act like they don't keep records of their repair guy coming out. Then he tells me that their repair guy is guilty of finding too many things wrong. I've had another roofing company come out and they have also said all of it should have been replaced. I do not recommend this company save your time and money and find someone that'll do it right the first time.

  Neighbor had a roof started and, they're machine messed up, but was still placing panels, bad panels till ower.caught them and made them take them all off. 250,000 dollar house and still has blue tarps call himself a Christian ,and pulls this kind of stuff,I worked For him years ago and he never paid me $5000 for a job I completed

  Stay away!! I asked them to come out and give a quote for leaks in the roof, just like I asked Green Roofing Technologies. The owner came out and claimed he did some unauthorized work, proceeded to send me a bill and also sent an estimate …

  Call this company on roughly 3 weeks ago and it was based on the reviews listed. They referred me to a contractor and I was told he would stop by for the estimate that Thursday Evening or Friday morning and he never showed and has not called. I wish I could say my experience was great but I haven't even gotten an estimate or a courtesy call to say they weren't interested.

  Buddy came out and was not trying to sell us a roof like the other salesmen that came out from other roofing companies. Buddy was straight forward, addressed my concerns, and sent us a fair quote which was $3000 less than one of the other companies. The roofers did a fantastic job! They were very professional and left everything spotless. Cindy in the office, was very helpful and kept us informed every step of the way.

  All the good feedback I could give, I would. From quote to finish, everything was easy. Great communication, fast service and literally anyone I dealt with there was so nice, from office staff to roofing crew, thank you! I would recommend Prattco to ANYONE looking for a new roof. We went with the bare galvalume metal, and we love it so much.

  From the examination of the roof for the estimate, to completion, the treatment could not have been better. The people who came out to do the work have worked harder than anyone I have seen before. They came early in the morning and worked until sundown, only stopping for lunch break and to load up on additional water. Everyone at Prattco, from the roof workers to the incredible office staff, were friendly and efficient. My roof looks great and I am so very happy that I chose Prattco! It is good to know that quality customer service still exists.
